Francesco is an absolutely fantastic trainer, not to mention a wonderful and kind hearted soul. He has helped me improve my fitness and quality of life and as well as provided a great education in the importance of form and breath whilst exercising , which has given me an amazing foundation for my solo workouts. Finding a trainer as dedicated as Francesco has been a highlight in what has been a rather bleak 2020, and I look forward to what he can help me achieve in 2021! I HIGHLY recommend him as a PT !!

Francesco’s approach is very calm and personally focussed, always ensuring the exercises are not pushing too far, too fast. Aware of previous sciatica issues, he carefully and patiently determined which exercises were safe and created a programme that was challenging without being intimidating.
In only three months of training I have been really impressed with the changes achieved. Through his nutritional advice and carefully constructed exercises programmes, I’ve seen significant weight loss and muscle growth. Each session has been educational as well as fun, he is excellent at explaining the general technical aspects of exercise as well as how it affects your body. Having a trainer who listens and explains as much as encourages and challenges, has made me want to improve and continue pushing myself. I would highly recommend him if you want a trainer who works with you and gets to know you, rather than just using standard routines and targets.

Competent personal trainer with whom, once the objectives have been identified, you can reach them with a gradual path. Nutritional advice was also very useful for aligning nutrition with the demands of physical activity. I highly recommend it!
