Gerry is a fantastic trainer. He works with you to help achieve your goals. I struggled with weight lifting and he made me fall in love with it. I lost weight and toned up. Not only is Gerry a great motivator, he is good fun and has become a good friend. Totally recommend.

I believe he is the essential ingredient if you want to tone up, learn a healthier life style or loose weight. Gerry designs a program to fit your needs and goals. Gerry goes training with you and exercise right with you. He has a very positive and motivational approach to helping you reach your goals. He has great nutritional guide lines and tips. He knows how to get you to hit your goals and more. If you don’t regularly go to a gym or exercise , he will help you get comfortable there. I have reached my goals and beyond what I thought I could achieve all thanks to Gerry, and if it wasn't for gerry I would never would have the motivation to be were I am now without him and he's vast knowledge of fitness, nutrition and live goals, and most of all he's is a great mentor!!!!

Gerry is a fantastic trainer. I really struggled with motivation in big gyms and strict diets with crossfit trainers, but Gerry has a realistic approach and is brilliant at motivating you to stick to realistic targets you set together. I'm delighted with the difference following Gerry's training plan and diet plan have made to my confidence and how I feel about myself. I couldn't recommend him enough - good craic too!

I first stumbled across Gerry online when I was stuck in a rut and really lacked the motivation to attend the gym. Gerry was a gent from the first email onward & helped me love training again. The first session was tough but by the end of the 12 weeks I had reduced a dress size and shed over a stone. Gerry is a fantastic trainer, reliable, supportive and pushes you to your limits. Gerry is an superb trainer and an extremely reliable guy. He is extremely knowlegable and professional in all he does and has various methods of achieving the desired results. He manages to do this by constantly pushing you beyond what you think your limits are but also constantly maintaining the fun element of the sessions. He varies his training to keep you motivated and interestered which all benefit you in achieving your ultimate goal. All round he is a great guy who gets results. Gerry is a very professional enthusiastic trainer who gives 110% to his clients, I lacked confidence and felt terrible about myself , I knew I needed to make a change and fast. I started going to Gerry after seeing such great reviews , I found Gerry finn fitness on Facebook and I'm so glad I did. He is tough but gave me the motivation to push myself to the limit. I asked Gerry towards the end of 2017 would he make up a Gym programme to lose body fat and tone up for me and that I wanted to start in January 2018. First week in january without me having to ask, Gerry had emailed me everything. I told him exactly what i wanted food wise and the kind of exercises i would like to do and he tailored it to my every need. Gerry would always take time out and check on me to see how the training and diet plan were going and that he would change it around for me if needed be. On top of that, Nearly every day I was texting him constantly asking questions and he always replied with great detail explaining everything. After 10 weeks i achieved my first goal of the year of losing body fat and toning up, and now after taking a few weeks off I am starting a new programme of building muscle that Gerry has made up for me, once again tailored just for me and my goals. And I'm looking forward to working with him again with my next goal! I would highly recommend Gerry, he is a top notch lad, he will be with you every step of the way on your fitness journey, he is always only a message away at all times, very reliable, excellent trainer, very nice, very professional. You can be 100% certain that you will reach your goals with gerry finn fitness.

Gerry is a wonderful trainer. I can't rate him highly enough. He has really motivated me to push myself to set goals and helped me reach them. He also has done wonders to help boost my confidence in the gym. Now i feel comfortable in my technique lifting and can happily approach a set in a busy gym whereas before i would have balked at the idea. His helpful hints and tips are excellent for helping to keep me on track with my diet planning and he is a great person to be around, you can talk to him about anything and never worry that any question is too frivolous or silly.
As he says, work hard and keep it simple!

I trained with Gerry for over a year (until he moved to London) and I can only praise him. He gave me the confidence I was lacking thinking that because of my age (47) there was a lot of things I could not do such as running or lifting heavy weights. He proved me wrong! Gerry is dedicated, committed, an excellent motivator and his sense of humour helped to break the mental barriers I had. He makes the sessions challenging and fun (yes FUN). Picked up a rugby shoulder injury in my teens and never address it and struggled in the gym for years after. Well what can i say. I went to gerry as my training seemed to be at a standstill i was training hard and eating well(thats what i taught). Gerry looked into my routine and adjusted it and by god did he.. i started seeing results straight away, i got leaner while packing on muscle mass. Genuine sincerity and interest (more than most trainers)in how his clients are doing so much so he’s a good friend now!!!!
