We have been training together since 2012. Each session is diverse though always working towards the desired outcome. I suffered from a bad shoulder for many years. Soft tissue and strength work healed it completely. Gricha is always studying to ensure his knowledge is top notch and he is able to best coach his clients. During the sessions we train hard. Gricha creates an approachable and fun atmosphere where clients can be themselves. He really is a highly skilled and reliable personal trainer. I would recommend him to anyone also to those clients who are not familiar with personal training this is really your opportunity to get coached and supported in a safe environment.

I trained with Gricha for 8 months and saw dramatic results. He tailored the program for me and gave lots of advice on both exercise and nutrition. I have a bad shoulder and he was able to recommend exercises that have improved my flexibility and reduced the pain. Gricha is very knowledgeable and researches information specifically for his clients. He is great to work with and put me at ease about working with a personal trainer. He is very encouraging and wants the best for his clients. I would definitely recommend him as a PT.

My journey with Gricha began a year ago from a recommendation. As a young adult I kept myself fit, exercising frequently and cycling to work. However I still found I never made any progress or gained significant strength. Deciding to do something about my body and starting training with Gricha has been the best decision.
The beginning sessions were hard for me - I was impatient and craved an energetic sport however, I signed up for three months and found at the end of this I stood better and felt more aligned. I began to see how Gricha's range of strength, conditioning and corrective exercise were having a huge benefit on my body. 6 months later and I began to see a difference in my performance, strength and attitude to training. This is down to Gricha's commitment, dedication and knowledge. He is training himself in personal time, eager to find out how best to improve certain muscles which is then relayed to clients through personalised training exercises. 1 year later and I am seeing big differences from my body shape to strength. I cannot recommend Gricha enough, his positivity, drive and hands on attitude is something I genuinely look forward too.

After 8 months of training with Gricha I can tell for sure that I am lucky enough that I have found a real mentor in my transformation.
With a variety of exercises tailored in my needs we have been doing workouts for strengthening and building muscle, posture exercises and stretching.

Have been seeing Gricha for a little over a year - and in that time I've improved so much. Feel much stronger, walk taller and my back is sorted.
