I've been working with Hannah for about 6 months and I'd say our sessions have completely changed my relationship to fitness. Before, I used to exercise for all the wrong reasons but now, because of Hannah's approach, exercise is no longer a chore and it has become a highlight of my week. Hannah is patient, encouraging and clearly very knowledgeable about the body and movement. She has a great way of explaining things and helps you gently build your strength and skills each week without you even realising. Sessions are so enjoyable and I'd thoroughly recommend her as a trainer!

Hannah is an excellent trainer. Over the last year of sessions I’ve felt myself become so much fitter and stronger. Each session is varied to target different parts of the body and her emphasis on form has made me confident doing exercises on my own that I would never have tried otherwise. I always looked forward to our sessions and catching up with Hannah each week - would highly recommend!

Hannah is a fantastic trainer - prior to starting sessions with her I was plagued by injuries, but her tailored support has helped me get back in the swing of regular training, and now I’m working harder than ever! She has been incredibly flexible over the various lockdown periods, switching my face to face sessions to remote and zoom when necessary. Most importantly, she is friendly and fun to work with and completely non-judgemental. Highly recommended!

Hannah is a brilliant PT! I'd not had a PT before and she was amazing at teaching me form, getting my fitness up and keeping me motivated. She's incredibly patient and was so accommodating with the sessions over the lockdown period. All of the sessions are fun and unique - I couldn't recommend more!

Having Hannah as a PT is amazing..!! She’s very patient & understanding of what I can & can’t do. She motivates me to carry on but I don’t feel any pressure from her (which is something I personally need) I’m not a big fitness person but I can honestly say I really look forward to our sessions together.
