After months of trying to inspire myself to get fit and use the gym I decided it would help if I sought a personal trainer, I called Sam and we met up for an induction and taster session, from first meeting I felt very comfortable and relaxed, Sam listened to what my goals were and what I wanted to achieve and he set about tailoring sessions for my needs. I have been with Sam now for seven months and each session has been different you will never get bored with training you will look forward to your sessions! Sam keeps meticulous records of your progress and he will always get the best out of you.
