The best personal trainer I've ever had across the UK. I've been trained by people in Wales and also in Shropshire and Liina is by far the best. She's great at bringing out your potential and also very motivating. She is really knowledgeable about how best to support your fitness routine with a great diet. The information I've been given by Liina about gym form and good nutrition has really stuck in my mind which means she's great at teaching. She doesn't just advise you on what to do, but also gives you all the information on the theory behind why it will work. I strongly recommend her as a personal trainer.

Working with Liina was very good experience. She is professional and has so good knowlege how to motivate. I learned how to eat mindfully without giving up my favourite foods. Her training plans were personally adapted to me, it never felt too hard or too easy. Strongly suggest to people who would like to find their inner motivation for training and healthy eating!

I am a Pilates instructor and I used to be a personal trainer. I came to train with Liina as I wanted to perfect my technique when it came to body weight training and lifting weights. Liina approached our sessions brilliantly and didn't miss out that important foundation work. That way I felt I had been given a great base to start building up. It has been great for me to get out of my comfort zone and work with weights. She was very understanding of my surgeries and injuries and has been pushing me out of the plateau I've reached since finishing physiotherapy. I always look forward to our sessions. It's a mix of working on foundational movement patterns and really perfecting them - and then also throwing in new ideas for stability, strength, and a lot of work focused on my areas of weakness from the surgery. Liina is clearly an expert in her field and I would happily recommend training with her. I reluctantly started tracking my food with her and I have to say it really helped me change a few bad habits. I also have found the homework easy to follow especially by having video links on the app to use. Thanks Liina. I look forward to our next session!

Liina is an amazing trainer; very professional, diligent and always pushing me to achieve my fitness goals. After trying several PT the last years in order to get rid of back pain and to learn something about fitness I had basically given up on improving. Due to a "coincidence" I ended up jumping on a 9 week challenge with Liina Ojarand at In Depth Fitness.
What I did not know was that it would be 9 of the most turbulent weeks of my life. I was heading into a depression, I quit my job and got sent on sick leave with anti-depression pills by my doctor, my kid was hospitalized twice and my dear aunt passed away. It was in other words completely wrong time to do a fitness-challenge to be honest. And maybe because of that I did not achieve the exact goals that I setup for myself, becoming more ripped (yeah, I am that kind of guy dreaming of that). But Liina never gave up on me and she was always there to support me. And what she achieved was that she learned me a lesson that will last for a lifetime, not only for 9 weeks. She taught me to look at fitness and nutrition in a HEALTHY way and the importance of loving yourself and the importance of eating what you ENJOY and what your BODY enjoys! Earlier I always had a "must" to find some crazy diet online in order to loose weight fast. With Liina I really learned about food and now I understand what good and nutritious food are (and how much you can and should eat as well! :) ).
With In Depth Fitness all my workouts was in their own app. It was VERY easy to follow and they were all time and video-guided. If I did not like anything or if I were not able to do specific movements we just had a chat about it and I got another exercise instead. Awesome!
Literary EVERY movement I did was after consultation with Liina - I mean she is extremely detailed! My back that I had issue with many years are so much better already. My core and my mobility improved a lot! And I can squat again :)
I might not looked ripped as I dreamt of, but I FEEL much better in my body and about my self. I signed up for my first ultra marathon and everything I learned during the 9 weeks with Liina I will use as a fundament for the future. :) I still aim to be ripped this year, and that will be thanks to this person!

I met Liina 3 years when I would attend her class in Puregym Wandsworth. I really enjoyed attending all her classes so I approached her to be my personal trainer. What made me choose her is because she is very professional, always motivating, supportive and very knowledgeable. And I stopped because I got pregnant. After giving birth, I decided to train with her again with my partner who has never been to the gym. In 6 weeks, we have seen a huge transformation on my partner and now I also signed up my nephew with her. That’s how I enjoy training with her, I am slowly making my family members train with her. Keep it up Liina!
