I've been training with Kevin for a little over a year now, and he has completely changed my approach to working out. Short version: he's improved my strength, power, speed, mobility, diet and made me a better athlete. I would not hesitate to recommend him to teammates, friends and anyone else with ambitious fitness goals!
Long version: I have always been sceptical of personal training, but after a few sessions with Infinity I could already see what a difference it was making. I've been a long-time gym goer, always been in good shape and never needed motivation to go to work out. I initially got in touch with Kevin because I wanted to work on Olympic Lifting, something I'd not done before and that I recognised I needed some coaching in. Kevin took me right back to basics though, fixing what I thought was a great squat (getting me ass to grass) and hugely improving my mobility and power throughout our time together. I absolutely see our time together as coaching time and he puts an impressive amount of dedication into developing long term training regimes for me outside of our dedicated sessions, and helping me with my overall diet and calorific intake. I've gained muscle, shed fat and as I said above, developed into a much more well rounded athlete than before. Looking forward to continuing to work with him and seeing how much I'm capable of!

I have hypermobility meaning I have to keep my weight down and stay relatively muscled to avoid constant pain. I used to practice yoga daily but I knew as I aged that I needed to introduce weight bearing exercises. Previously I tried this but favoured some gym machines over others resulting in imbalances and injury. Thankfully, I met Kevin 3 years ago who understood my physical issues and tailored my training accordingly. I now practice weight training and yoga and have not had an injury in years. I've battled with my weight since birth, and I've tried it all, diets, training and nothing has ever worked until i met Kevin, a selfless person that was willing to believe in me more than anyone else (including myself) surely, results started to show and I have gained a life as well as a friend. Training with Ross has helped me get over long term back and neck pain. He gave me the tools and knowledge to know what to do day-to-day to manage my back problems. I tried a number of personal trainers before being recommended Ross. In my view he is one of the best because he provides a rounded approach to dealing with any issue you take to him - and can explain the why it's happening and what can be done to address it. I continue to train with Ross as he is always coming up with new ideas and approaches - and helps keep me focused and motivated.
