I have trained with many personal trainers over the years but have found Jack to be truly exceptional. Jack has helped me overcome years of shoulder pain and lower back pain and more recently sciatica. I have trained with Jack for almost a year now three times a week and the routines are not only varied but they continue to challenge me and I find that I look forward to each session. Key for me has been Jack's knowledge on nutrition and fitness, his patience with ensuring that I correctly perform each movement and his passion for helping his clients achieve their health goals. I can't recommend Jack highly enough!

I've been training with Jack once a month for four years now - he has been exceptional! He has helped me with my nutrition, rest and exercise, and is really good at putting together programmes that fit with my schedule at different times in my life. He's helped me know what I need to do in order to achieve particular goals, and has been encouraging when I'm losing motivation. I have trained with Jack a handful of times over the past two years and he has been great at providing varying and challenging workouts. After suffering a back injury at work I lost motivation and was unaware how to train. Over the past two months Jack has been helping me to get back into training and regaining confidence in the gym. He has devised a training plan that is great and allows me to work around my injuries and build muscle to correct them. I'm already seeing and feeling results so I am very pleased. I have trained with so many trainers over the years and Jack is without question the best! He has helped me with general fitness, strength and conditioning and flexibility, not to mention getting me to the point where I could run a marathon just 9 months after starting to run... He is infinitely varied in his approach so that each session feels fresh, while at the same time clearly working towards a distinct and identified goal. For me the key point is that I actively look forward to the sessions, which is absolutely a first for someone that was essentially sedentary, so I can't think of any better accreditation than that.

I know Jack for a few years now and I would recommend him without a shadow of a doubt! He is incredibly professional and very down to earth and modest, unlike the majority of trainers I have met that tend to be more of the show-off types. We have been working on weight lifting together for a few years and he has helped me not only transform my body but also transformed my attitude - the result of the training I had with him was a brand-new me, incredibly confident and fearless in everything I am doing. Never thought that training could change me so much and I owe this to Jack! I was initially quite nervous about undertaking training. Jack was really helpful and encouraging and is particularly good when I’m feeling demotivated and always takes the time to explain things to do with my diet and nutrition. He has a lovely manner, encouraging but also rigorous in his approach. He changes up the sessions so they are never boring or repetitive. He is an attentive trainer who is very skilled at putting you at ease and getting the best out of you.

Jack provides excellent attention to detail. He has exceptional understanding of the science of body mechanics to pin point exercises for problem areas that need improving. You can see the hard work and research he puts in before each session to plan a comprehensive work out to get the results each customer is working towards.

It’s hard to know where to start as there is so much to say. Jack has helped me a lot with my muscular imbalances that had throughout the years through his knowledge, great way of demonstrating correct technique (unlike some personal trainers) and motivation. He’s taught me so much that other people that I know want to learn from me what I’ve learnt from him because they like what I do. He has helped me to improve my performance in my sports (dance in particular) so much in just a year (or maybe even less than that). Unlike some personal trainers who can be very arrogant, cocky, intimidating or not care about their clients during sessions, Jack is anything but those things. He is always present giving you his fully attention, he’s motivational and makes you feel welcome. Highly recommended!
