Jayne is definitely the best personal trainer in London and I cannot recommend her highly enough! Not only does she work you hard but she also takes the time to explain why certain exercises are important or why you should be making the changes she suggests. She is super inspirational, motivating, and incredibly personable. She cares so much for each individual and takes each person as unique and works to their own strengths. I first met Jayne through Instagram about 2 years ago. I have never been into bodybuilding myself but I was delighted with her transformation journey and her personality. I knew one day I wanted her to be my coach and mentor, as I truly identify myself with her values. A truly committed trainer and athlete that keep things real.
When I became personal trainer myself and I had to decide who I wanted to learn from I had no doubt she was the person I wanted to learn from. I never had any interest in a bodybuilding competition but I was fascinated to learn about bodybuilding training as my background was sports and CrossFit. I knew I needed to throw myself deeper into bodybuilding programming to understand more how to transform the body and be able to deliver a better job with my clients.
I have been Working with Jayne online as well as working with her on her female lifting workshops for over 8 months. The knowledge I have gained and the support I get form her reassures the reason why I knew she was the person I wanted to learn from. Jayne adapts to my lifestyle, she understand my particular way of training ( I train harder than average people ) and she gets the best out of me month after month with her amazing programming. The times that I have been unwell she has also been there for me, willing to modify the program to a more suitable one within just few days. She is Always kind and very responsible when you have an enquire which is key on an online coach.
I am very pleased with her service so far and I am looking forward to keep working with her for a long run.

Jayne is an incredibly experienced and committed coach who makes it her mission to help you achieve your goals. Her focus on maintaining a proper gym/life balance and her attention to technique has allowed me to enjoy my time eating out with friends and family without restricting my diet, and has allowed me to progress quickly on my lifts without fear of injury. I started using Jayne several years ago when I picked up an injury and was frustrated at my inability to weight train safely without continually picking up new injuries. I just thought it was an age thing but, after now 3 years of training with Jayne, I realise that I was suffering from poor technique and the lack of balanced programming.
Jayne has been amazing at making my gym time both effective and fun and I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend her.

Jayne has made lifting a lifestyle for me. I have been trained by her for over a year now and learnt so much about exercising, staying healthy and knowing how the body works. After starting a competition prep with a coach whose approach just didn't work for me, I was recommended Jayne, and by far it's the best thing I've done! Not only did she make me fall in love with training again (yes, whilst being in a calorie deficit on prep), but I was also hitting PB's; getting better sleep; and my energy levels actually improved despite the myths of a competition prep (but yes, two weeks out, things got difficult, but that was expected) and Jayne had me beyond prepared for what I was letting myself in for by competing, so nothing was shock for me. Even when I was having a 'prep moment' and crying to her at 6am doubting myself, she was at the other end of the phone; even down to show day, the support, coaching, and mentoring has been endless, even now into my off season, where my plans are constantly tweaked and adapted to best suit what my body needs.
Jayne's focus on form, technique and mobility is what greatly improved my physique, particularly the final six weeks before my show. I didn't even know I had abs and glutes until I corrected my training and nutrition, and I couldn't have had a more knowledgeable, experienced, and understanding coach to see me through on this journey. I just cannot wait to see what this off season will bring; roll on the stage next season!

Many years ago I was very active and did a number of sports at a competitive level. After a series of injuries (breaking my butt coming off a horse included!), I lost all confidence in weight lifting and the gym in general. Weight sessions were always my favourite when I used to compete.
Every now and again, I would get a spurt of motivation and hit the gym - near enough every time I would antagonise an old injury and end up having to stop.
With a wedding coming up and my body in the worst place it has ever been - I started looking for a PT who had an understanding of injuries and was someone I could look up too. I came across Jayne and even on our first meeting, she was analysing the way my body moved and tweaking things - for the first time ever, it didn't hurt to do a squat after a simple tip she gave me!
Genuinely, Jayne is a professional with a deep understanding of the way the body works - she sees things that you don't to help you improve technique and hit your goals without hurting your body.
I'm really excited for the next few months working with Jayne and meeting goals that I haven't been able too for the last few years.
