I've been training with Jeff for about 8 years now. We started our sessions back when he lived here in the states.
What I value the most from Jeff's guidance is the setting of realistic expectations and achievable goals. We all know that everyday life takes its toll and fitness at times (perhaps several) takes a back seat. Regardless of the set backs, he willingly helps me get right back on track, tailoring his approach every time.
His approachable communication style, detailed and super organized workout spreadsheets, supportive phone & virtual chats, and his friendly demeanor are all reasons why I would highly recommend him to anyone, of any age and/or training experience. That's why I continue to work with him from across the pond.

I have been training with Jeff for a while now and its completely revolutionised my workouts and improved my strength dramatically. As someone in their 60's with previous back injuries, its vital to me that my PT is both knowledgeable and interested in MY needs - I don't need a trainer that takes the next programme off the pile of pre-printed workouts and there you go. Jeff always designs something around my needs - be it building strength, losing fat, a combo of the both or whatever. We can discuss my training goals and then Jeff will shape something to my needs. He is always available via WhatsApp for training questions (I never ask about eating chocolate cake) and advice isn't limited to our face to face sessions. Above all, Jeff cares about clients and the progress they make - thanks buddy for the laughs and the great advice and support!

I have been working with Jeff for about 6 months and I have never worked with someone so professional, knowledgeable and in tune with what I want to accomplish. Not only is he the best trainer I have ever worked with, but I have never seen such amazing results with any other trainer. He takes his time to write you a personal nutrition plan and work out program. He literally catered my program to what I had to work with at home, and what I was already eating. You can see my results for your self. Any time I have text him or called him, he was right there responding and answering any questions I had. He is very educated on the human body and it shows. I would give Jeff 10 stars if I could. He is amazing. I only hope everyone can experience what I have with him. Absolutely the best!

I have been training with Jeff in person for the past 12 months and have really enjoyed our sessions (coming from someone who usually hates working out).
Jeff is passionate about his work and it's evident in the services he provides to his clients. He genuinely takes an interest by taking the time to get to know your individual goals and then tailoring the sessions accordingly. I have been dealing with a knee injury for a while and Jeff has been a great asset in my rehabilitation as well as helping me lose weight and keeping it off.
Jeff is a great trainer with extensive knowledge, and has a way of making our workouts fun; i highly recommend him whether you are new to fitness or not!!

Jeff is one of the highest quality PTs around.
From day 1, he listened to my requirements about my chronic back pain, how I like to train, and how often I like to train. He ensures that my plan is catered to me and my goals.
During sessions with Jeff, he teaches me proper form for my weight exercises and ensures that I’m getting the max out of each rep. His sessions are always well planned, and motivating.
Additionally, he created a flexible meal plan for myself which has easily slotted into my daily lifestyle.
I can’t recommend Jeff enough. I can see myself going from strength to strength with his expertise and guidance.

His training plans are thorough and I know that every stretch/exercise has been carefully chosen to achieve a specific goal.
At training sessions he’s flawlessly punctual, well prepared and engaged throughout. Plus his experience and education shows through when talking you through the physiological benefits to each exercise and ensuring form is good in order to get the best out of each workout.
Outside of training sessions he understands that people have lives and other interests to keep up and he is a helpful voice in suggesting approaches to diets and fitting in workouts.

I started training with Jeff 4 months post pregnancy. My goal was to lose 14lbs and tone up. Jeff prepared a nutrition plan and a training programme for me. I found Jeff to be very professional and extremely knowledgeable. He pushed me to my limits at each session with gentle encouragement. I had never done weight training before so this experience was new to me. Jeff helped me to build my strength and confidence at a steady, safe pace. Also, Jeff was always understanding and accommodating if I had to postpone a session due to work or family commitments. I reached my goal getting back to my pre-pregnancy weight and I am more toned than ever! I’ve been working with Jeff for about a month after health issues forced me to stop going to the gym. When I contacted Jeff and told him about all the health issues which would potentially make getting results much more difficult he ( unlike other PT I’ve contacted) still took up the challenge. He is very professional, listens to everything you are hoping to get out of the sessions and on top of it it’s a really nice guy.
I was amazed that after only a month following his exercise and nutrition advice I’ve lost 3kg which which with thyroid only working 20% in my case is brilliant. Bottom line is getting in shape it’s not easy but with Jeff’s help you will get there. I would not hesitate to recommend Jeff as a PT.
