I contacted Joel a month before my wedding to help me lose the "final kilos" before the big day. We only had three weeks, and we met to discuss my goals and routine. He was very encouraging but also set realistic expectations of what we could do in the short amount of time we had. He promised me -1.5kg... and I ended up with a bit more than double that. I was so impressed with his attention to my progress, adjusting both my workout and dieting plan as we went along to ensure the best results. I've also never been a big fan of gyms and a bit intimidated by all the equipment, but he made it "fun" and manageable and kept me motivated, even on the tougher days. I would have loved to continue with Joel (had I not moved away from London) and would HIGHLY recommend him for anyone looking for a personal trainer.
