I started training with John 4 months ago, as I wanted someone with professional expertise to help me train for Tough Mudder. Not only has he done that, but he challenged me to enter for the Spartan Race, something I never thought I would be signing up for.
John is a master of functional training, always able to introduce new exercises and also variations and progressions to keep his sessions with me challenging and push me beyond my previous limits.
Would definitely recommend John to anyone looking to smash their fitness goals and enjoy their training!

The truth is that I have never had my trainer. But there was a time in my life when I had to take my life and my appearance back. I was 122 kilos and in a bad psychological state. John came at the right time. He immediately understood what I was asking for and what my problems were. He gave me the psychology I wanted, and we did it. From 122 kg, I reached 92, and not only did my psychology improve, but I participated in the Spartan race in one of the most challenging sports. I finished with pride, and John was there to guide me. I highly recommend him to anyone who wants to change his life for the better. John, thank you for being my trainer and a big thank you that since then, I have been able to achieve a lot In my life.

It’s typically not easy to keep to my regular fitness routine, especially after lockdown. I have a slow metabolism due to an under-active thyroid. My goal was to lose 4 kilos, and since working with John, I have already lost 2 kilos using his specific programme for my purposes.
I can see a considerable difference in tone and strength as well and learn so much as John is highly knowledgeable. I used John for dance and PT sessions and haven’t felt this energetic and motivated to be in the gym for years. Thank you so much for your support, John. If anyone is serious about the change, I recommend using John.

When I decided to start working out, I saw it as a rather herculean task. However with John's thourough plan, diet, and knowledge I was able to get back in shape very quickly.
