Jorge is the best trainer! Bursting with positivity and good vibes, his groups are always a bunch of likeminded people who want to have fun and workout! I joined a bootcamp for women and loved how he was able to push you whilst also adapt exercises to ensure everyone could stay at the same pace. Lots of fun, and great value for money given the equipment he brings to the session.

Love training with Jorge!!! Not only were the workouts intense, he also makes them very fun (and competitive!). For someone who doesn't get out of bed excited to workout, especially on those cold/wet mornings, he was able to motivate (trick?) me into really pushing myself. Whether its the personal sessions or the bootcamps, he does an awesome job tailoring the workouts to your goals and needs.

Jorge is very impressive and he is the best PT I have ever worked with. I had some concerns at first as I have some weaknesses with my knees. The exercises at the beginning were adapted and very quickly I felt the benefit of the training sessions with him and also of the personal work. He is enthusiastic, positive, smiling, very concerned about your well-being, a good advisor, and adapts training to avoid injury. He is very serious about his work but also friendly. I now look forward to each session because it is very beneficial and it allows me to strengthen my muscles, improve my running sessions and my general well-being. He is much more than a PT, believe me and he has helped me through some tough times. He is a "beautiful" person. I am very grateful to him and I hope to see him again soon after the holidays.

Jorge has great tools to train his clients efficiently. He is very passionate about blending different sets of exercises and workouts at its best regardless of the weather conditions. I started working with him in the park at the beginning of the trying times of Pandemic; and he was so dedicated to continue his classes with a generous mix of equipments and he never compromised the quality of the workouts. He is a wonderful , warm hearted man who really helps your fitness
levels . I'm in my mid 50s and fairly fit for my age but working with Jorge
increased my fitness considerable . I cant recommend Jorge highly enough . I also had a family berevment which I was working with Jorge and he was absolutely wonderful in being a friend to me too .

Jorge is an amazing personal trainer. His sessions are fun, varied and challenging and despite being in a group he is fantastic at motivating each member and giving personalised help.
I’ve been doing 1 group class a week since September which I absolutely love and have noticed a big improvement in my fitness.

I have a few joint injuries from a couple accidents in recent years and therefore it was important to find a PT that is qualified in the anatomy of the body to ensure I’m not injured during training. Jorge is very knowledgeable in the physiology of joins and muscles and I’m pleased I haven’t had any joints pains from training with him. This was my biggest fear. I’ve been doing 1/1 sessions with Jorge for 3 months now and really happy with the results. He tailors your training plan to your specific needs (I wanted to build strength and muscle weight) and is always on hand on WhatsApp to offer advice on my training at home and my diet. I have nothing but praise for Jorge. He is an excellent PT with a strong technical grounding who inspires and cares for his clients and is fun to spend time with. I had never been one for going to the gym and had thought that my regime of the occasional run or cycle ride coupled with keeping active was enough. I was wrong – starting with Jorge has been a revelation. We have done a combination of strength and cardio work and over a period of 3 years I have progressed from a very basic level to doing pull ups, dips and lots more. I feel much better in myself and the various aches and pains of the past are now largely gone. I have no hesitation in recommending Jorge.

Jorge is a fantastic strength personal trainer I've ever met in London! He trains us in our office for a group of max 15 people weekly.
I have started to train with Jorge since late 2017. His training is a full of variety, kick boxing, HIIT, mat, and with weighs. It is very intense and I can feel the good muscle pain on the following day even I attend to his classes regularly. I was also lucky enough to have his personal training once, and it was very intense and it really helped me to push my limit.
His bright, encouraging, passionate nature helps me to work out harder and let me go back to his lessons. I really feel stronger after starting to go to his training, I got my abdominal muscles vertically defined ;)

When i first started training with Jorge i didnt realise just how unfit i really was but in only 3 months all that started to change. At 46 i was fitter and more toned than i was in my 20s. I couldn’t praise Jorge and his work more highly. I’ve been training with him twice a week for over a year and I am more fit and strong than I’ve ever been since my twenties. I also became a less stressed, more organised and happier person.
Jorge gives everything on each training session, he really cares about the general wellbeing of his pupils and he pushes you to the limit, always knowing what you can give and making sure you don’t injure yourself. He is also a very cheerful and motivational person and its always a pleasure to attend his sessions. Having recently moved to the countryside, I keep on attending his sessions online and I must say that it is as good as when I was on the Common.
