Josh fixed my knee injury in a very short space of time through massage and prescribed strength-building exercises. He is extremely professional, knowledgeable, friendly and kind. I now see Josh as a trainer and he has made a fantastic programme for me, and I see gains in my strength and fitness after every week that I work with him. Highly recommend!

I have been receiving treatment from Josh for several weeks and couldn't recommend him more highly. I went to him for help with a chronic hip tendonopathy with which I have struggled for many years, despite previous nhs and private treatments (physio, osteo, cortisone injections etc). Josh has used a targeted and progressive strengthening program alongside massage, and I have found this has been very effective for managing my symptoms of pain and stiffness. There have been times in the past when I felt I would never improve, so I'm delighted to have found someone who has made a significant change.

My go-to Personal Trainer! Josh is undeniably one of the most professional and attentive trainers I have had. I suffered a knee injury not too long ago from Rugby; had my ACL reconstructed through surgery and Josh lead me through my rehabilitation process until I was ready to get back on the pitch 9 months later. Still check in with each other from time to time and couldn't recommend him enough!

Absolutely the best! I spent many years trying to find a decent masseur. Josh is outstanding! He really gets very deep into the muscles and is consistent every single time. He listens to exactly what you want, the amount of pressure you desire and tailors it to your requirement. I have not had a sports injury which Josh can’t fix. Simply in a league or his own.

Great Therapist, when I first met Josh he got my trust due to his incredible knowledge in the field, I have now had many years working with Josh. He has helped me with chronic pains in my back and has sorted out my posture and shoulder pain (due to working in an office). He has also been helping me to recover from a car crash I was in recently. Josh has been able to use a variety of different techniques to help with each or my issues, deep tissue massage, manual therapy and recently even acupuncture. All that he has done has made huge change in my live, reducing pain that was contributing to stress and low mood. I'm still seeing Josh twice a month and I highly recommend him for his professionalism, knowledge and positive results.

What I noticed about Josh immediately was that he is so caring and also incredibly knowledgeable. After a few sessions with him my fitness, strength and posture improved enormously. He used his in-depth understanding of sports therapy to assess my needs and target my training programme, encouraging me to challenge myself. I have had many physios growing up, from Swimming to Running and then Triathlons I've gone through a lot of injuries and strength programmes to support my training. It's very clear to me that Josh is by far the BEST physio that I've had. His communication is very clear - he quickly and accurately describes the injury and helps you to understand how that muscle functions and why you've got injured (rather than leaving you clueless and just plodding along with exercises not really knowing why you are doing them). The exercises are specific and fun to do, and you see improvements. As testament to his work I was able to win both the World Duathlon and World Aquathon Age group races in Penticton 2017 - Cheers Josh!
