Love love love JPT Fitness! I joined at the beginning of this year, initially for 1-2-1 personal training, and then joined the early morning group classes. I really can't recommend JPT highly enough, the trainers are great - high energy, positive, motivating, they push you to stay on track. The morning classes are at the perfect time to squeeze in before work, so nice being out in the fresh air too and the groups are full of awesome people! Really look forward to the sessions each week.

I started JPT fitness back in May 2021 to improve my strength and fitness, & to make myself actually commit to something as opposed to paying for the gym but never going! I have really enjoyed it so far and it’s the best if you love exercising outdoors and meeting new people. I have definitely noticed a difference in my physical strength since joining! Harry is very supportive in helping you achieve your goals and very accommodating. I alternate between the Eel Brook Common and Bishops Park Classes as I’m a shift worker. I would highly recommend to all, great vibe, great classes and great PTs.

I joined JPT Fitness a few months ago and have made it my routine since then, be it evening or morning sessions it’s such a good way to keep fit, lose some weight and all whilst working out in a friendly environment. I’m genuinely pleased with the results having lost weight, feeling fitter and stronger and this is down to the personal training touch of Harry and Jake every session in Fulham.

JPT Fitness (Jake and Harry) run excellent training sessions, with a focus on whole body work-outs, building strength, steady weight loss and good nutrition. They offer personal training as well as group sessions which manage to combine hard work with humour, not an easy thing to do!
They maintain focus on you during your session and encourage you to continue challenging yourself as you gain strength and build up your fitness. I've seen significant results and can highly recommend them.

Joined JPT in Putney around 5 months ago and Honestly, this was one of the best things that happened to me! Seeing the results and feeling so much better about myself.
I can say that Harry and Jake, our Personal Trainers, really care about me and my results, they always made sure I am feeling good and motivated. From passing a heavier weight to just having a genuine conversation.

I started personal training with JPT Fulham after reaching a plateau in my fitness regime and because I was looking for more targeted results. I started with Jake at JPT in October 2019, initially as part of the 6 week challenge. Within 6 weeks I was able to shed over 12kg from 94kg down to 82kg. Over the next 6 months I was then able to drop further to 78kg and ive been consistently in this range for the last 2 years. This is not just a diet plan, there is plenty of lean muscle growth to achieve whatever you are looking for.
JPT got me the goals I wanted to achieve, but most importantly being able to do so without even thinking about it. Having consistent training, and a mind set change on the way you eat to maintain a balanced lifestyle.
Id 100% recommend Jake and the whole team at JPT. The sessions are built around all levels of ability, and having a diverse group makes it fun with a great social circle.

I signed to JPT personal training in Putney as I didn’t fancy going back to the gym after lockdown and loved the thought of having regular structured sessions each week where I can challenge myself!
Since being with JPT I’ve seen really good results and actually look forward to each session! I’ve lost the little bit of weight that I put on during lockdown and I feel so much fitter and stronger overall.
I love that I don’t really have to think about my workouts, our trainers Harry & Jake set really varied sessions so I know I’m going to be challenged and the time goes so quickly. I am also really happy to have met some amazing people at the sessions - this is something I really didn’t expect when I signed up!

I joined JPT Fitness Putney in June 2021 as I was looking for a personal training group to join. Being new to London and being a more mature person, I was concerned I wouldn't fit in but honestly Harry and Jake who run the course are so friendly and professional. It has been brilliant joining in with the group, which is of mixed age, and ability. The exercises are challenging and fun, and you soon see results. Also exercises can be tailored to your needs if needed. If you want to join a dedicated team of people who want to keep fit while having fun this is the group for you! Thank you Harry and Jake.

I was looking to get back into an exercise routine post-lockdown and JPT's great Fulham location and the friendly yet professional nature of Jake and Harry have made it a thoroughly enjoyable experience! The group sessions are varied and challenging and all the JPT members are super friendly and we love to have a laugh while working out or at one of our many socials. If you’re looking for some motivation and wanting to get strong and fit I really recommend JPT personal training. The group atmosphere was exactly what I needed to get motivated again and after a couple of weeks I noticed a massive difference.
The exercises are brilliant / varied and the guys bring a mixture of weights for all levels. Harry and Jake are top class coaches and it is always a laugh! Plenty of smiles on faces in Fulham / Putney.
These classes are perfect for people who want some motivation, want to get fit and do it with likeminded people.

I joined JPT in Fulham in September 2020 wanting to lose weight after pregnancy. Although the group sessions had to stop soon after due to lockdown, Harry and Jake made sure we were able to continue exercising through online sessions and individual personal training sessions which were fantastic. Since March, I have been attending the group sessions which are always really fun, varied and challenging and having so many sessions make it really flexible and easy to fit in to a busy schedule. Harry and Jake are always really helpful and motivational and I have lost 10kg so far, I would highly recommend!

I joined JPT as I liked the idea to train outside and meet a personal trainer I could talk through things with. I was not disappointed! Jake and Harry were very welcoming and helped me fall in love with working out. Bonus points? I have lost weight, gained confidence and met awesome people around Fulham.
I also had the chance to do some PT sessions and I really like the personal approach Harry takes. He really listens to the needs of everyone and is happy to make a tailored training (e.g. work around an injury or include the physio exercises).
The group session are also fun as they are never the same, sure some exercises come back regularly but the circuit is always different! Oh and did I mention they organise socials and we have a lot of fun?

I started personal training in Putney with JPT as I was getting bored of lockdown home workouts, but I didn’t feel ready to go back to the indoor gym. I’ve been with JPT for 5 months now; I love the group aspect of the training as it creates a sense of accountability, as well as being a sociable way to get fit outdoors. Since starting with them I have noticed myself gradually choosing the heavier weights for most exercises, and as a result I feel fitter and have way more energy than before! I really recommend them if you’re looking for a personal trainer in the Putney or Fulham area.

I cannot recommend JPT Fitness enough! Harry and Jake, our personal trainers are incredibly motivating, and provide extra support and more specialist advice, where needed.

I found JPT when an ad popped up on Instagram. It was post lockdown and I just wasn't feeling the same drive to work out in the mornings that as I had done so previously. I figured Personal Training might be worth trying as I was looking for something not just new, but also for a routine that was a little more customised.
Having rheumatoid arthritis makes a lot of generic exercises challenging for me - key joints such as wrists, fingers and toes are used with most moves, and these are my most problematic areas. The team has really listened, taken it on board and has provided lots of great alternatives that keep my sessions feeling varied and effective. They are brilliant at reaching out when they sense a session may have have sparked the odd twinge or strain, and ensure that this is followed up methodically. I will often get specific warm up video links that they feel could benefit me, and they take a pro-active interest in my nutrition, making constructive suggestions for weight-loss.
My relationship with exercise has always been fickle and the accountability to the team is without doubt the key to persevering. Whilst I don't have an ideal attendance record every week, I do feel a sense of belonging and proper guilt when I skip a class. The sessions themselves are tough but fun, and it always feels like a really good work out. It's also nice to see the genuine fondness all of the clients have for Harry and Jake. There is a nice little banter that keeps things light, which at 6.30am is no mean feat.
I would recommend JPT Fitness to anyone looking for a good workout that's both lively and effective, with a true sense of camaraderie. They are a great little business doing a fantastic job that they are clearly passionate about, and I wish them all the success that they rightfully deserve.

Can't recommend JPT highly enough. I struggled to get back into training after lockdown but Harry and Jake have a great setup which has brought back a load of accountability and focus. I’ve been a member of JPT fitness for about 3 months now and I must say it has had a tremendous impact on keeping me motivated. Unlike before, I find that I’m a lot more disciplined about working out and find myself to be more focused and committed to it. I’ve also started to feel like I have more energy and that I’m getting progressively stronger.
I appreciate that the coach continues to challenge me to push my limits and to keep committed to my fitness journey. He also goes out of his way to give me nutritional advice to ensure that I’m eating right, which is also important for recovery.

I thoroughly enjoy the varied routines, the motivation and support I get from trainers (Harry and Jake), the nutritional hints and tips, plus most definitely the results (my clothes fit better and I feel more confident).
At JPT (Putney & Wandsworth) there is a great mix of like minded people, starting from all different levels which makes the experience more accessible and enjoyable. There is also the option for personal training sessions if you want that extra boost.

I’ve been a member of JPT Fitness since Jan 21. I signed up as I was fed up of the being out of shape and getting tired so easily and wanted to do something about it. Although skeptical at first, I received a call from Jake a couple of days later to discuss my goals and create a plan. After being introduced to Harry who I found professional, engaging and generally a great bloke with a lot of common interests to me, I got started on my Personal Training plan. Meeting on Eel Brook Common,, Fulham very close to where I live was easy and having all our sessions outside made it fun. After a month of 3 121s a week I was starting to see results and my physique was changing, getting stronger and having more stamina to complete the sessions.
From March, due to Covid restrictions being eased, group sessions were re-introduced and I started attending 3-4 groups as well as 1 121 a week . The group is great! Really enthusiastic to achieve their own goals, supportive and a lot of fun, making some great friendships! 9 months in, and my fitness has improved hugely. I have more muscle definition, more strength and the pounds are coming off!
Harry and Jake make sessions fun and varied with the upmost care for my well being and have given me encouragement and help with my nutrition planning from the start! Can’t rate JPT FITNESS MORE HIGHLY!

I joined the team about 5 months ago to challenge myself a bit, and I didn't think I would last this long but.. here I am!!
Our PTs, Harry and Jake, are just amazing: extremely supportive and flexible!
I have issues with my back and thought to give up right after a couple of painful post-workouts, but the guys have been super understanding and made a different plan of excercises for me making sure I can still workout and be part of the group!
Since I joined I lost 11kg, and gained instead a lot of energy and a group of people that I can call second family!

I joined JPT fitness, Putney in March this year during lockdown when I was feeling all the negative effects of lockdown, physically and mentally!
I can say it is one of the best things I could have done! I have never really been that into fitness, I have never been able to stick to any sort of exercise, and I’ve tried lots! But this is the most consistent I have ever been. This is definitely because the people are lovely and the class feels fun! There are people of all different abilities and fitness levels. The class feels like a little community, everyone is super welcoming and over the months we have become more and more sociable. From going for coffee after sessions to having full on social events. It’s also been great to meet lots of local people - a very difficult thing to do in London!
Harry and Jake are not only great at the personal training part, but also offer lots of extra support to help you achieve your goals e.g. advice around diet and healthy lifestyle. They offer a personalised service, in a very down to earth, friendly and approachable way.
I have really seen my fitness improve since I joined. I feel stronger and healthier, physically and mentally! I have also met lots of lovely people. So I would definitely recommend joining and adding to our little community!

Since joining JPT in October 2020 when I finally turned 40, I've been able to look down and see something I'd not seen in a while... my feet.
Working with Jake & Harry has done wonders for my health and fitness.
Since joining, I've lost just over 13kgs and haven't looked healthier (unless its from when I was a bubba). Not only that, as I type 2 diabetic, my diabetes is under control and my levels are dropping with every activity I do with JPT.
Anyone umming and aahing about losing weight and are scared of the workouts...don't be. My first session I nearly fainted and with the support of Jake & Harry, I am able to do the full sessions. The support given during the sessions are amazing and second to none for their compassion and understanding to help you achieve your goals.
