Joe is a first-rate boxing coach! His classes are excellent for fitness and wellbeing. It has genuinely been really fun and rewarding training with him. He’s consistently positive, encouraging and attentive. Would highly recommend!

I have been training with joe for about a year now and don’t see or want to train with anyone else! Joe always brings the best out of me and pushes me to my limits. Joe has helped me prepare for both my boxing fights and I can honestly say if it wasn’t for his knowledge and dedication I don’t believe i would of won both of them fights without him. You can see some coaches are only in this game for money but Joe loves to see the best out in people and always goes out of his way to make sure you achieve the goals in which you yourself want to achieve!! The little extra stuff Joe does makes him for me the best coach out there, I myself have an upcoming fight and this time it is for a belt. Joe is already going out of his way to help me achieve my Goal by winning my next fight! I would highly recommend Joe for fitness, personal or boxing training

I hated exercising until I met Joe! We have been training for a little over three years and it has been life changing for my body and mind. Now we can do online zoom sessions I'm even happier that during this weird time Joe can still help! Joe has challenged my fitness levels and pushed me to do more then I thought I could. There is always such a great variety when we train, whether that be outdoors in a park or in the boxing gym! In one session Joe can fit in cardio, body weight/weighted strength training and pad work (which is a personal favourite!). If you want a personal trainer who is encouraging and listens to specifically tailor sessions for you then this is the guy! Highly recommended!

I have trained with Joe for a number of years now and I've enjoyed every minute. Training is difficult for me as I'm an amputee but Joe builds sessions for me where I'm challenged and making change to my body. One brand new thing I had never done was boxing. Joe introduced me to it and it's been brilliant as I thought it's something I wouldn't ever be able to do as an amputee. The results speak for themselves. I haven't been as fit as I am since losing my leg. We train indoors/outdoors and Joe also gives advice on nutrition which is always helpful. My next challenge is to run using a running blade and Joe is going to be helping me achieve that goal. I don't think there is a better personal trainer available. Sign him up!!!

I have been training with Joe for the past year and my fitness has considerably improved. It’s also been the motivator to do more exercise outside of our sessions, and for the first time in my life, I am really enjoying exercise and noticing the difference! At the beginning I wasn’t that interesting in the boxing side, it was just about fitness, but I have got really into the boxing as part of our session. The sessions are hard, but in a good way, and I look forward to them, something I never thought I’d hear myself say!. I’ve seen a couple of PT’s before, and Joe has been by far the best, plus he’s a really nice guy too.! I would highly recommend him.

Joe is flexible. Agreed to balance boxing with fitness. Agreed to teach more than one person in a session. Willing to come to do "at home" training. Informed us what we'd need, and brings the rest. Pushes us whilst safety is paramount. Happy to give guidance for what should be done in his absence. Reasonable pricing plans.

Joe has been an absolute pleasure to work with. I always look forward to the sessions as it always is something different which engages all parts of the body and you know once your session is finished, that you have been challenged and worked hard by him. During these challenging times we have sessions over Zoom/whatsapp vid calls and they are just as effective. He explains clearly what to do when doing different exercises and makes you focus on your technique. I look forward to working with Joe in future and to help me reach my goal.
