Mustafa's been a great first time personal trainer. I'd not stepped foot in a gym before I started training with him. He's helped me gain confidence and i'm starting to see some progress just a few months in. Mustafa's positive attitude has really helped me enjoy the gym! 5 Stars aren't enough, I had a great experience training with Mustafa. His workouts were always varied and challenging. I loved the whole body approach which got my core and general all round strength up without the need for repitive boring isolated weights sessions. Mustafa has a lot of knowledge and was able to answer all the questions I threw at him, it's nice to work with someone who stays up to date with everything and actually loves his work. He was able to tailor programmes specific to me and to the equipment available to me. I used to hate leg days before I met Mustafa but he showed me it doesn't have to be boring, I actually look forward to them now and have really benefited from the work we put in. I would highly recommend him without any hesitation to anyone who is starting out or already has some experience but wants to get more from the time they invest in the gym. Keep up the good work Mustafa, your a true professional and a credit to your industry. And Thank you for getting me back on track.

I started training with Mustafa a year ago now and I can not thank him enough for all his hard work. Having lost a lot of fat and gained muscle, I am fitter, stronger and much more confident in the way that I look. He has created a varied and dynamic training plan to ensure that our sessions are always interesting and effective. Great personal trainer, Mustafa has a positive , encouraging and efficient approach. He will push you to your limits but at the same time will make sure you don’t get injured and will teach you how to have a good posture for every exercise. I strongly recommend him, also he can teach you kick boxing.The price is more then decent for what you can get out of the sessions. So no more excuses, ones you get the skills from him, go to the gym regularly, and you’ll get the results you want.

I started training with Mustafa at Kiss Gym in Acton about six months ago. Previously I was one of those people who signed up for a gym, didn't know how to use the equipment and would stop going. After training with Mustafa I now feel confident in all areas of the gym, I know how to use the equipment properly, I'm regularly working my way up to new PBs, and I've noticed a big difference in my physical appearance and overall wellbeing.
Mustafa is well respected by all the regulars in the gym, as everyone says hello to him and will often tell you what a great guy he is. When you train with him you'll know this too - he's a very encouraging trainer, very professional, but also an absolutely top person. We often chat in between the weights and reps about everything from football to hip hop.
I'd absolutely recommend Mustafa to anyone thinking of doing PT sessions.

Having seen the training Mustafa had been doing with some of his clients, I was impressed and keen to get some sessions booked in myself. We focused on technical work for boxing and I quickly found out that this was something he was clearly well-trained and experienced in. I recommend training with Mustafa as he is a great personal trainer, excellent at what he does. Not only he motivates his clients (myself included) to strive for progress by making the work-out program challenging, but he also understands what process needs to be undertaken in order to achieve goals. He takes the time to guide you through a program design exclusively for you rather than jumping into random exercises. He surely has a great deal of hands on experience and training and always wants to know his clients' opinion in regards to the work-out to make sure that they're happy and satisfied and this is what i think a great personal trainer should be. Hi My names Rúben, before i met Mustafa for PT training i was 103.7 kg with 0 confidence i have now been training with Mustafa for 3 solid months and as of the morning writing this review i weigh 93.9 kg and am stronger then ever, have a girl that i never thought would give me the time of day but most of all i am confident and happy.
Mustafa is a professional by all means of the word his wide array of knowledge will help you achieve your goals but like anything you have to work for it and trust me when i say he will make you work!

Before, my fitness condition wasn't always ready to any types of daily activities. I feel like I don't have a fully control of my body specially when playing sports. But after two months of training with coach Mustafa, I can see how big the difference my fitness have greatly become, compared two months ago. It's like a bought a new body, and because of how my fitness have greatly changed, I've gained a lot of confidence that lead me to start competing in Basketball and Marathon events. Started training with Mustafa 3 months ago, my main aim was to tone up. I have seen visible differences from this short period, more so than the last couple of years where i have been training alone. He includes a variety of different workouts ( both weight and cardio). He listens to what you want and adapts certain workouts to suit you. He also provides a work out programme to follow during the week which he monitors to make sure your getting the work in outside the sessions. Highly recommend JumpLiftSprint for anyone who's:
1) Looking to get leaner by losing fat and gaining muscle.
2) Got a stocky physique but has trouble with fluctuating weight.
3) Active in a sport that they want to improve on (especially for football)
4) Hit a plateau in their strength or size.
5) Looking to understand how to train more effectively in order to reach their goals (I trained for 2 years before I joined JumpLiftSprint and realised my training techniques had many flaws which held me back immensely, I've learnt so much from Mustafa over the past 4 months and have seen incredible results).
He's a very serious trainer who pushes you to your limit. This is a two way street so you got to put in the work for optimum results, at the end of the day it's down to you to put in the work! He also helps motivate you to keep going when you're feeling like progress has stopped, you have to be patient because this process doesn't happen over night.
More importantly his programmes are specifically tailored to your fitness needs, therefore you won't be following a generic workout out plan. This is very useful for people who are recovering from injuries or have muscle imbalances. Furthermore he changes the programme every 4-6 weeks so you can set yourself more personal records for each exercise and not get bored in the gym. He's introduced me to so many new exercises that I never knew existed, this enables you to hit different parts of each muscle group every month. His programmes consist of both high and low rep exercises, compound exercises are always done at the beginning of your workout (low reps/high weight) where as isolation exercises focus more on time under tension and good form (High reps/low weight).
Each exercise has a hyperlink to show you how to properly perform the movement with good form, this was very useful for me when introduced to new exercises because it meant I could train alone.
Honestly I couldn't have been any happier with my decision of joining JumpLiftSprint who's guided me to get into the best shape of my life. Thank you coach!
