I've been training with Eva at KB for a year and I love it. Eva is so high energy and fun to work out with, I feel great after every session and find it motivating to keep it up for the rest of the week. All the sessions are tailored to my goals and I'm seeing real results. It's also amazing to be outside in the park too, good for the mind as well as the body.

I’ve been having sessions with Helen from KB Personal Training for about four months now and very much recommend it. I am very much a beginner who needed to get her fitness levels up. The sessions are well-planned and Helen is positive and supportive, pushing me just enough to get the most out of each one. I've been training with KBPT for 6 months now and I'm loving it. My trainer Lauren is great. I have moved house recently which means I can't train outdoors with Lauren so we do it online and it's still great. The transition to online was seamless. It also gives me flexibility - when I'm on holiday I don't miss a session as I can do it online. Likewise when Lauren is on holiday the team always finds a trainer to cover my session and they're just as fab as Lauren. All in all I'd really recommend and I feel so much stronger and fitter since starting with them.

I had been training with Lauren at KBPT for a few months before the pandemic. Lauren is knowledgeable, enthusiastic and very attuned to my sports injuries without allowing me to take it easy! When the pandemic hit, Kate took over my PT online, at first I was very reluctant but Kate very quickly put me at ease and I was able to seamlessly continue my training. In fact, due, in part to Kate and Lauren's inspiration, I have got fitter and stronger during lockdown and enjoy my sessions more than ever. I recently ran a half marathon for the first time in a decade. Both my trainers have excellent knowledge and training and are able to adapt those to my personal training needs. I've been training with KB PT for about six months now, and can honestly say it's been one of the best decisions I've made when it comes to my fitness. I was already exercising regularly, but had just become very bored and demotivated by what I was doing. I’ve loved training with KBPT. I worked with Sarah and Kate and both have been amazing. I started while I was pregnant and started back up again after having my fist child and it’s been great to have such support during and after my pregnancy. I've been training at KB PT for the last 6 months. My main trainers have been Kate and Hayley (who are both so fantastic) but I have been trained by the other girls too. All of the trainers are very good at what they do - each session is structured, well thought out and most of all - really good fun. I really look forward to my weekly sessions with Kate - no two are ever the same which keeps things interesting, and she is great fun to chat to as well. It's an hour every week which is just for me, and I always feel fantastic afterwards.

In April I will be celebrating my THREE YEAR anniversary training with Kate and team!! They are absolutely the personal best trainers in East London, and are also just really lovely people. She works me hard (I am so much fitter and slimmer now) but with kindness and good humour, as well as flexibility. Been training with Abbie at KBPT since January. I was pretty much a starting out with fitness and wanted to go somewhere that wasn't intimidating to try and get a routine going and improve strength and fitness. Love our sessions despite the early start! Abbie is lovely and really manages to make it fun by varying what we do in each session. She always ensures I'm doing the exercises with proper form too which I'd have no clue about without her - it's harder than it looks!
The studio is great - non-intimidating for beginners- but really well equipped with everything you could need and comfortable soft floors to train on. I've definitely become fitter this past few months and stronger. There is also the option of a lovely relaxing yoga session with Sarah on a Sunday afternoon. Definitely recommend KBPT.

I started training with Kate to help build and maintain my strength and fitness when I became self-employed and in the lead up to getting married. I couldn't recommend Kate and her team more highly. I have never felt so strong and so fit and we have never focused on "losing weight" or "calories". Kate and her team are just superb. I’ve been training with Kate and others for a year and a half and the change I’ve seen in my fitness and strength is very very noticeable. I started off training ‘face to face’ but since COVID all of my sessions have been entirely using FaceTime. I’ve been training ‘virtually’ for around 4months now and honestly I’m not sure I’ll go back to ‘in person’. I get all of the focus, effort and impact from the training as usual - but without the travel time! Feels an even more efficient use of time but still with all the benefits! I've been training with Wiki at KBPT since the summer and I can't believe how much stronger and fitter I've become. In the first couple of months I saw dramatic changes to my body and am now fitting in to clothes that have been at the back of my wardrobe for years. What can I say about KBPT! The energy! The motivation! The body positive and friendly attitude! The results!!! I started training in January with a loose goal to get more in shape before my wedding, however I have gained so much more. Apart from gaining greatly in strength and stamina and losing some weight, I have found myself more invested in fitness and exercise than I've ever been in my life. My trainer saw me through a tricky surgery in May and helped in my recovery, I was really confident on my wedding day and continuing strong with further goals to start running and incorporate exercise into my life even further. Training with Lotta, one of Kate’s team, has been utterly transformative. Her approach is thoughtful, pragmatic and highly bespoke. As a mum of two with a demanding career, time is a complete premium; Lotta’s sessions are rigorous and efficient and she pushes me to achieve my absolute best. She helped get me back into shape after my second c-section through a training programme designed to enhance my overall fitness, but with a focus on the areas I felt needed most attention after childbirth. She is inspiring and encouraging, tough when she needs to be, but with such warmth of personality and spirit that she makes training a real pleasure. I have started training twice a week with her in November 2014. She is the most energetic and encouraging personal trainer you could wish. It took me a while to decide that I wanted to train with a PT: I have never been a gym person but she made me feel at ease since the very beginning.
Always smiley and full of energy, punctual, reliable, and trustworthy. Each session is different and never boring: she always introduces new challenging routines and different props.
Don't get me wrong: she is lovely and kind but she will be very tough on you and will make you work hard but still you will end up with a ( sweaty) smile on your face. I finish each session very satisfied and surprised with what I have been able to achive.
The great thing about Kate Burrow's studio is that when your PT is not available ( which rarely happens ) you have the possibility to train with another of the fantastic girls that work at the studio so you never miss a training( and you have no excuses for not training !!) .If I were you, I would certainly give it a try!

Really love training with KBPT. We've been training with KBPT for around 6 months at this point and fully recommend them for injury-aware training, they have also been great at accommodating our travel. We train in a pair when we are both in town and have Skype sessions while travelling which has been really good for our fitness. We are both at different levels of fitness (and motivation) and the KBPT team have been able to accommodate that and keep us both on track. I personally wasn't into PT at the beginning and got dragged along by my partner, KBPT somehow managed to get me to the point of liking personal training. Fully recommend.

I've been training with KBPT since Summer last year with the amazing Helen and its been worth every penny! Especially training in the studio over the Winter as my friends were giving up on exercise and giving in to the festive Season, Helen always kept me exercising and motivating. She is sympathetic to my woes but doesn't allow me to slack off which is exactly what I needed.
I've also overcome my fear of working out in a public place and now really enjoy our sessions in the Park and don't feel self conscious as I once did. I started training with Nicki towards the beginning on my pregnancy and on my due date, I can honestly say that she has kept me fighting fit! Nicki's programme has kept me strong and trim, and I'm convinced I haven't experienced the dreaded pregnancy symptoms because of the weight training, load bearing and cardio workouts. She is such a positive person and I always look forward to seeing her (even when she makes me do burpees!) I'll be starting up training again as soon as possible post birth.

It's been invaluable to train with them via skype when I've been travelling for work or working from home - it means I can stay on top of my fitness without leaving the house! I’ve been training with Rowena for over a year. I love the relaxed, friendly and non pretentious vibe of the studio at Netil House. I love that there are no machines but loads of really interesting bits of kit to keep the training sessions varied. I've been training with Kate for almost a year now - which doesn't sound like a long time but I can hardly remember life before training! What I do remember is being hopelessly unfit, and ashamed of the fact that I couldn't run for a bus! It was like my guilty secret... I knew I hated gyms, and that I wouldn't have the motivation to keep up with something if I didn't have someone there to push me to keep it up.
Training with Kate has really changed my life - I feel proud of myself and my body - she has the perfect combination of no nonsense, no slacking attitude, combined with just the right level of understanding for managing my Type 1 diabetes, which can be a bit of a challenge with exercise. I got in touch with Kate after having a baby and was really battling to get back on the fitness (and firmness!) wagon. I was embarrassingly out of shape but with Kate's help I feel like I have my pre-pregnancy mojo back. I first started training with the lovely Rowena from KBPT about a year ago - I'd not done any exercise for quite a while because of an injury I had to my leg. We talked about my goals (to get fit and if I happened to lose some weight in the process then that would be an added bonus) and organised session twice a week (I've now gone up to three a week since the new year). Rowena is such a great PT - knowledgeable, light hearted and most of all fun! I hate the 'shout at you/army' style PT and Rowena is the complete opposite. She encourages you through her positive words and happy disposition rather than shouting or making you feel guilty which is just what I want from a PT :o) I've had various additional injuries and niggles over the last year and Rowena has always found a way round them, adapting our exercises to take them in to account and keeping me positive!

I've been training with Rowenna for 6 months and loved every minute of it. My goal was to improve my fitness and get more motivated to exercise and I have certainly achieved that. Rowenna always mixes things up to keep it interesting - the studio is jam packed with fitness goodies ("gliders" are the latest and possibly greatest addition) so I've certainly never felt bored! The flexibility of where and when to train is key for me, early mornings and evenings are no problem and you can train in your flat (you'll never look at your sofa the same way again after 50 tricep dips), outside in the park or in the KB personal training studio. My sessions with Wiktoria are structured yet varied, so I don't get bored, and we make the most of so many different types of equipment (TRX, dumbbells, kettle bells, Swiss ball, BOSU, you name it). Wiktoria knows exactly how to get the most out of me, ensuring I don't give up, even during the most gruelling of routines. I'm always pushed to the limit and the results are obvious - I've lost weight, I feel in great shape and I am frequently told how much more toned I look.
