Karolina’s studio in the centre of Blackheath is perfect, probably the best personal training studio I have been in and it has everything you need.
I wanted totally private sessions, and this environment ticks every box. This also means you are not in a gym environment fighting with other people for equipment. The space is yours with Karolina.
I started training with Karolina a year ago. Karolina really is a cruel trainer, and for my birthday made me do a burpee for each year I was born, I am now in my mid 40s (I told her I would state this on my review).
In all seriousness I think she is fantastic. Karolina pushes me as I need her to push me, she is extremely personable, she has a can do attitude as well as very caring. Overall she is one of the best.
If you are looking for a trainer in the centre of Blackheath then look no further. Just don’t take my days and times!

Karolina is an amazing PT - I have been training with her for around seven months. After a back injury, she helped me gain strength and get fit for my wedding. Each session is different, but based around strengthening my core and body to ease my back pain and she always makes sure my form is correct to prevent any further injuries. I've gained confidence in exercising again and my back is better than it's ever been. Karolina also makes training fun (which I didn't think was possible), really couldn't recommend her more.

From the first session, it became clear that form was central to her training methods and she corrects it everytime there is an issue. over the last few months, she has helped with my posture problems and we are healthier and fitter than before. She increases weights gradually, pushing you to a point you never would yourself. She also gives really useful advice about what to do at home to complement studio training. Highly recommend it!

I have been training with Karolina for over 2 years now. Initially she helped be get back into fitness after a lengthy spell of sofa surfing in readiness for my wedding. More recently she kept me fit and active throughout my pregnancy and I only stopped training with her a week before I delivered! I definitely feel that continuing to train with Karolina up until that stage helped me recover from childbirth quicker than if I had been attempting to continue to exercise alone. Every session is varied and fun (even the burpees) and she is always watching your form and technique and correcting where necessary. The studio is well equipped and is cool, bright and airy. Highly recommended personal trainer!

She is the best trainer I ever had always pays attention to my technique and form. I have achieved more results in 7months than I did in 3years by my self. I have been training with Karolina since two months, I have three sessions every week and we focus on different muscle group in each session, I am already seeing great results and this makes me feel motivated to keep pushing myself to keep fit and healthy.
Karolina is a great PT, she is very encouraging and pushes you and motivates you just when you are ready to feel weak and give up. The best thing I like about training with her is that she makes sure the posture is correct so that we don't end up with a sprain or injury. So I can give my 100% to the exercise without worrying about anything else.
Its great to have a PT studio in the hearth of the village, the studio is top notch and has all the required equipment.

Karolina is a outstanding personal trainer and more. When i trained with her when i lived in Blackheath she became part of my everyday life to really try to understand my current lifestyle and change it for the better, Karolina is not about quick fixes, she is about everything all rounded and very knowledgeable. She mixes things up and our sessions were never boring and afterwards i always felt so great bu very challenged! She helped teach me so much even though i had experience and personal trainers in the past. She is fun and kind but she isn't soft :) you will not regret training with Karolina because her work shows in the results.

I came to Karolina almost a year ago having suffered from an acute period of back pain and disc issues. I was looking for someone I could trust to support my rehabilitation and I haven't looked back since. Karolina has found the balance between working within my physical limits whilst also pushing me to continue to grow and see results. Sessions are always varied so they stay interesting, the studio itself is a really nice space to train in, and I always go home feeling energised and ready to take on the day! Training is always varied, along with your bottle of water do take a sense of humour (she’s funny) and gritted teeth because she’ll push you through your moans (not to do burpees in my case) and whinges (also hate squats) to make sure she gets the best results with you and for you.

I started out with Karolina 2 months ago without ever have been to a gym before and no idea what I was doing but she helped guide me through it all and help me get into much better shape. She is very supportive through it all and really helped me push myself to work harder and improve myself. Karolina's sessions are always the highlight of my week. I had been going to classes at Blok/Move Your Frame etc for a while, but didn't really get anywhere near as much results as I've gotten with Karolina - within 1.5 months of training with her - I was able to do the first no-band/no-jumping chin ups in my life :)

Karolina totally transformed me during the 10 months I was training with her. She was good at designing training according to my fitness level (I was super unfit to start with, couldn't even catch up with my 4 year old on scooter ) and she was also very good at pushing me to the next level (by the time I finish training with her, I lost 7kg , reduced my body fat by 5pct, and could run 5k within 28min). She also gave me great advice on diet.
