I’ve often struggled with motivation when trying to keep a consistent exercise routine, I’d start running or going to classes regularly with a short-term goal in mind, only to stop when it got in the way of my other plans. Kevin has helped me stay consistent - he doesn’t rush you, letting you go at your own pace to get the exercises nailed. Crucially, he’s helped me fit this in around my life, and not beat myself up when it doesn’t. After only a few months I’m already feeling much stronger, fitter and more confident in the gym.
For anyone thinking of exploring personal training I’d highly recommend Kevin - he goes the extra mile to make sure you’re getting fitter in the way you want.
I was lucky enough to win 6 weeks training with Kevin in a raffle. After not doing any exercise for many years and carrying lots of injuries I was a bit apprehensive about starting to train with a PT. I needn't have been. Kevin really listened to my previous experiences with training and injuries etc and put together a great program working on flexibility and core strength to make sure that I could train and stay injury free. Since completing the first 6 weeks, I've now been traning with him for about 3 months. I highly recommend you give him a try! 💪😁

Kevin helped me to become the strongest I have ever been and achieve a physique I never thought I could have. What I loved about training with Kevin was that he focused a lot on technique, always explained the rationale and science behind training programmes and exercises, and helped me develop the right mindset towards training. Kevin taught me how to incorporate training into my lifestyle to achieve long-term and sustainable results. I apply the knowledge I've gained from Kevin to my daily life to this day, even after a few years, because it just works!

Working with Kevin has been the best thing I've done in the past year. His scientific approach to training has helped me revolutionise my mobility and performance. He designs the program to fit my busy life with work commitments and kids. My program is personalised to my ability and goals. The sessions are not designed to push limits and risk injury. Instead we build foundation mobility in a safe way to enable rapid improvements. I see real results each week, which gives me great motivation. I am amazed how quickly he has helped me to improve my strength, flexibility, performance and physique. I used to struggle to carry heavy bags up the stairs with kids in tow. This is now a breeze!
Kevin has been training me for over a year now. I have noticed a significant change in my overall fitness through the activation, core and strength exercises he has worked with me on. He has been very flexible by providing both in-person training as well as videos that enable me to improve on my exercise techniques during my own time. Overall, a great personal trainer and I would highly recommend him.
Kevin is a talented and professional trainer and fitness coach. He looks at every aspect of health and wellbeing - exercise, nutrition, injury, daily life, goals and obstacles and you as a person. He is very skilled in dealing with injuries and any physical challenges and building a program around these. He is also very motivational, and was one of the first people to really see my potential in strength training. After training with him in London, I continue to train with him online from abroad.
He's great, friendly and kind. He pushes you but makes workouts fun in a weird way (no two are the same) He really encouraged and showed me that I was stronger than I realised.
What I like most about training with Kevin in in comparison to other PT's, is that he puts together tailored workout plans, meal plans and suggests changes you can make - you don't just get a PT with Kevin but someone who knows a lot about food - trust me he won't give you evils if you tell him you ate a some sweets - he's human and he gets it.
He really cares and puts more that 110% effort in ensuring his clients get the best results.
If you're looking to get your technique right, improve and learn more along with gaining a deeper understanding into nutrition he's your man!
Kevin is wonderful! I came to him with little experience in working out. He listened to my goals and worked to help me achieve the correct form when working out. He also checked in with me regularly, and offered food recipes and tips to help with healthier eating. He also included me in a wonderful online group where you can seek peer support when necessary. He also had a realistic understanding of how time & diet can alter, change or be restricted so his tips on finding little ways to implement or practice good workout form and good eating is very helpful. I highly recommend!
Coming from the same industry as him, I have to say that Kevin is one of the best trainers! professional, hard-working, very well educated and up to date with the latest research on fitness, health and training methods !
Kevin has been helping me train to build up core strength to improve running, and climbing. It's always a good motivational session and provides great tips for things to do offline to keep it going and not lose track in between. Would highly recomend :)
