D. P.I have been having personal training sessions with Davide for more than a year now. I was never able to stick with a Personal trainer for longer than a few months. Davide is perfectly located for me in Islington just close to Angel Tube Station. A lot of his clients see him for weight loss as that is his expertise - together with his soon to be wife he also works with mums a lot, but I see him to put on muscle mass so my review may not be useful if you want to lose weight. He trains both men in women in equal proportion from what I have seen. I like him for his flexibility, his technical approach - as a personal trainer, he is very knowledgeable in nutrition, supplements, but also body mechanics and movement. As someone slightly older, it is important for me not to injure myself. Training with Davide I put on 5kg of muscle mass and I resolved all my back and neck stiffness and pains induced by a sedentary lifestyle. If you are looking for a personal trainer in London I definitely recommend him !
