Top class PT! I took Kit on as my personal trainer over 5 months when I wanted to build muscle & loose weight. I was working really hard at gym classes but not seeing any results as I wasn’t doing the right things. Kit listened to my goals & built a tailored weekly training plan that helped me achieve them. The sessions also retaught me the best lifting techniques in the gym for my goals. Alongside this the training was SO MUCH fun & always challenging, Kit always listens to your feedback and makes the sessions enjoyable! Do it!

I am having regular sessions with KitFitness for over an year now and I am in my best shape ever🏆! I find KitFitness very professional, very well managed and best quality PT sessions in East London! Will has been an excellent PT. He really takes the time to think about exercises and movements that suit me post my ACL injury. I have built up my strength and range of movement considerably over the last 5 months. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend him and look forward to continuing the training journey in 2022.

I couldn't ask for a better PT. Kit motivates me, encourages me, checks in and is always making me laugh along the way. I originally started with Kit because I wanted to educate myself further on nutrition and on how to use all the machines and weights(as I used to get really intimidated going into a gym). Kit is constantly teaching me new things and perfecting my technique. I feel so confident and comfortable training in the gym alone and I am constantly gaining knowledge in my sessions, that will last me a life time.

I needed to lose some weight pronto for my wedding day. Jerome totally understood what I needed and every session was tailored to my body and fitness levels. I lose two pounds after each session and have really noticed a difference in areas I had previously struggled to shift weight from. Would 100% recommend!

There are a number of downsides to using a PT like Kit
- My shirts don't fit now because my shoulders aren't hunched forward any more.
- My missus makes me do more work in the garden cos my back isn't weak and sore.
- I've been doing pushups in the kitchen when I'm bored during lockdown and I can see how filthy the floor is so now I have to hoover and mop more.
But does he give me any sympathy? Nope, just constant encouragement that I'm doing great.
But the mopping...

Over the last 8 years or so I have had about 5 trainers, but Kit is by FAR the best of the lot. Over the last 18 months since training with Kit, I have become measurably stronger, fitter and overall feeling much better. I train twice a week (3 times a week if I have a special holiday/event coming up!) and Kit always makes the sessions varied. There is no way I could ever motivate myself to train as well as do in Kits sessions - so thank you! My goals have been to tone up, build muscle in certain places and get fitter and stronger as a whole.

After several years of wanting to start working out and many failed phases, I found Kit back in October 2017. I suffer from lower chronic back pain, which has been a major set back in trying to weight train safely. Kit has tailored each workout to suit my condition and always made me feel comfortable and confident enough in voicing any discomfort or inability during workouts. Kit is not only an awesome and passionate PT, but a super nice engaging guy who can befriend anyone. He certainly knows his field and knows it well. Kit is an excellent trainer and gives sound advice. When I first joined I thought I would get some tips and just do what he said in my own time. Fantastic trainer! I have been training with Kit for about 18 months now, yes I have lost a lot of weight but most importantly I am so much more fitter and healthier. When I started with Kit I was taking 3 different meds for type 2 diabetes now just diet and exercise! and 3 meds for my blood pressure now just 1 😁, You can see my transformation on his web site. He is very knowledgeable and supportive every session is different and challenging so I never get bored. When I started I told Kit ‘I don’t do running ‘ this month I ran my first half marathon!! It’s never too late to make that change, just do it.

Kit has a great can-do attitude, and he brings bucket loads of energy and motivation to every session. This guy Kit is the best. My objectives given to him were, muscle and strength building, stamina improvement, and maintaining my martial arts skills. And all this is to take into account my age and long standing arthritis problems. I can say that he has been doing a brilliant job on all counts, he pushes me to my limits with awareness and professionalism. it's not always easy and sometimes I want to kill him, but he's brilliant.

I’ve injured myself doing various stupid things over the years. As a result I have arthritis in my neck and knees, chronic rotator cuff irritation in my left shoulder and a degenerative disc at L5/S1.
However Kit always manages to work around any painful bits so I can keep training but avoid further injury.
