I signed up for 4 months, for two sessions a week. The sessions were well organised and the trainers were excellent helping out with the different exercises. I lost 4 kilos of fat and toned up. I really enjoyed my early morning sessions and would have not hesitation in recommending Lean Body Training.

I've been training with Paul in 121 sessions twice a week for almost 3 months now and the changes on my body are huge. Paul is very friendly, structured and flexible which makes every session enjoyable :) I never train regularly before but now I can not imagine stopping it. Highly recommend! I've been on board training 3 times a week now and loving it! Paul and his team have great knowledge of the industry and really get specific in hitting goals instead of wasting time working out what to do in the gym.
Sessions are fun, a great workout including weights and hit circuits which really do the job and exactly what I was looking for. If your looking to loose weight, trim up, get fitter and develop more confidence in a effective way, this really is the place.

Whole heartily recommend this no matter what your body shape or age. I have been doing three sessions a week for the past 5 weeks. I’m planning to keep this part of my life indefinitely. Paul and Alfie have been great, leading the 45 minute sessions. My goal was to tone up and loose some body fat percentage. I’m on track and feeling great. I have been doing these classes for about 2 months and my fitness levels have improved enormously. These are really great classes always different, with a focus on resistance training with weights at a high intensity. Numbers are small and Paul is very focused on technique. Very welcoming and friendly. All levels of fitness can be accommodated.

Absolutely love working out with Paul and Alfie. Took these classes to get my overall strength and fitness back up. Along with the advise on nutrition and the regular exercise (twice a week) I have lost inches around the midrif and my fat content has gone down dramatically. The sessions themselves have been great. They’re fun to do and are tailored to ones ability. The approach is reassuring and yet at the same time challenging.
