Within the 8 months I have been working with Lee I lost over 2 dress sizes while adding mass. My confidence lifting heavy weights at an more advance is thanks to the training Lee offers which has improved my mobility and stability.
Any PT can get your heart rate up, Lee is one the rare trainers who will teach you skills you'll remember with the correct form.
On a personal note, Lee is always happy, simling, there to help answer questions around the gym, during his classes and during 1-1 sessions.
I couldn't recommend Lee enough!

Lee is an amazing trainer, he has an excellent knowledge of body mechanics and really focuses on building technique. After attending classes with Lee I was really impressed with his attention to detail, the way classes were structured and the fun atmosphere.
Since then I have begun training 1 to 1 with Lee and have been so happy with the results, I’ve noticed a difference in strength, fitness and that all important muscle definition after just a few weeks. A great motivator, super knowledgeable and an awesome person to train with!

I've been training with Lee for over 12 weeks now and I couldn't be happier with my experience. Lee is very professional, focused and most importantly knowledgeable and passionate about physical training. He's a purist in terms of the key strengthening exercises and we've used a lot of free weights which worked very well for me. He's been extremely flexible around schedules which has been such a bonus to fit physical training into my work schedule. He designs his training program in line with the needs of the individual so that it doesn't feel like you're working off a fixed syllabus but instead co-creates a program that allows you build on your strengths whilst improving on weaker areas. Finally, in contrast to some of the other trainers I've worked with in the past, Lee is not someone who is constantly keeping a tab on the clock - once he's there, he'll make sure you're getting the most out of your session. I've definitely become stronger and really look forward to continuing my training with Lee:)

Outrageously good coach! I have been training with Lee frequently for a year. He is extremely engaging, can teach multiple skills such as handstands, gymnastic movements and calisthenics but also equally as strong experience in sprinting and bodybuilding and weight loss. His understanding of biomechanics is professorial, and he can spot and resolve weaknesses quickly, for both men and women.
I highly recommend giving Lee at least one session and I guarantee you will be hooked on your progress, rather than wasting your time and effort elsewhere or trying to hit your goals alone without any feedback. Lee will point you in the right direction and then set you running as fast as possible.

In short, Lee is an incredible athlete and personal trainer, the best I have trained with. His depth of understanding and breadth of knowledge are awe-inspiring and yet he maintains a passion and hunger to always be in a state of learning and growing in order to continually add value for his clients. Not only can he custom tailor a program perfectly suited for any fitness goals you may have but he will also improve the overall functionality of your body in such a way that you will find entire series of movements effortless that you once thought frustratingly difficult.
It should be mentioned as well that a fringe benefit of working with Lee has been the difference it has made in my overall energy levels, this I believe is a direct result of the structure of Lee’s training program; as my body’s energy system has improved, I find that I rarely get drowsy midday anymore, which is of huge benefit to me as I am working and studying 60 hours per week and need a large capacity for work and focus. I couldn’t recommend Lee more strongly to anyone seriously interested in fitness and longevity.
On a personal level, Lee is always a positive and encouraging force and a constant delight to work with.

Lee is a fantastic coach. Lots of coaches can put you through your paces during a session but Lee's one of the only coaches I've had who starts with the foundations of proper mobility and strength first. He teaches you how to move correctly on all levels before adding in weight. I was amazed just how difficult standing on one leg correctly (and how much of an intense workout it can be) was under Lee. He can of course put through an incredibly intense workout (and he does) but he does it all from a foundation of making you better. An incredible coach who has had a huge impact on my fitness and what I thought was possible.

Lee is a Fantastic Coach with a great understanding of Fitness and Body Mechanics. I managed to lose 20 lbs during my time training with Lee who also corrected by posture, core and fitness levels. His training methods are unique and will bring the best out in you!

I was looking for someone to work with me preparing for a job. Which meant - we needed the best results in a short period of time. I saw a couple of videos posted by a friend of mine who was working with Lee at the time. As soon as I saw the attention to detail and intensity he was working with I knew Lee is the guy.
Lee is a fantastic coach and an athlete himself. He’s understanding of body mechanics is outstanding. The attention and commitment you get in a session is 100% What I really appreciate with Lee is that he works with you to make you/your whole body better. If you work with Lee and commit to the work you will become stronger, faster and immensely more mobile and you will look great and feel great. The only thing is you won’t think that at the end of the session, cause if you don’t hate your coach during the session he ain’t doing a great a job. And let me tell you this, I hated Lee every second of it 😉
To end this review, I’ll say this, if you wanna get your body looking and functioning at the highest level, do yourself a favor and let Lee get you there. I definitely recommend him.

I've always struggled with going consistently to the gym and pushing myself to my limit, until I met Lee - every session I completed I knew I came out giving it my all. I spent months looking for a PT who could do not only this but actually knew what he was talking about instead of the typical things you hear from your average trainer - there is a big focus on sprinting and lifting mechanics as this forms the basis of all activity we do. He adapted my routine based on the weaknesses in my body but overall, what he teaches applies to everyday life. I feel completely different and revitalised when walking around doing everyday tasks.

Whoever is looking for a PT that challenges you and pushes you constantly, Lee is your man! Great, knowledgeable coach that is always willing to help, support and challenge you to give more than during your previous session. He cares a lot about the progress of his clients and makes you accountable on every single step. I also like his approach - start small, learn the basics and correct biomechanics and then start shooting for harder challenges.

At first I thought all personal trainers were the same. However once training with Lee I could see he is in a class of his own. I used to have a tight lower back and it caused me pain when I did intense exercises. Eg squat and deadlifts. He helped me to understand my body in way I could never of imagined. Lee has been training me for 6 weeks and I wish I had signed up earlier!
After 3 years of constantly being injured from ankle surgery, hip laberal tear, broken wrist, Tibia stress fracture and osteoarthritis of the knee, Lee has in such a short space of time helped me build a strong foundation that we can now build upon taking into consideration all of the above.
Coming from an active background, it’s been really encouraging getting back into it and pushing myself without fear of a flare up. I’ve already seen a huge improvement to my fitness, strength and body composition.
Lee is extremely knowledgable and professional and will only add weight when correct form is executed.
I highly recommend Lee’s bespoke approach to anyone who has any injuries or someone looking to start strength training as he will ensure your core foundation and technique is solid preventing injuries further down the line.
Lee is also very knowledgeable about nutrition and is the first trainer I’ve met in a while who has not put me on very low calories and carbs and kept things simple. I have found the whole process so far really enjoyable, sustainable, varied, motivating and very encouraging. A great investment!!

I have known Lee for a couple of years now since using him at Gymbox in Covent Garden. He is a great PT and very knowledgeable. What I really like is his eagerness to learn and ability to keep the sessions varied. He works very differently to other trainers I have seen and he is there to train to your goals which makes each session a good experience. Highly recommended if looking for a PT in London.

James was my PT for over 6 months and I couldn’t recommend him more. I started off sharing the sessions with a friend every other week, but we enjoyed it so much that we upped it to weekly workouts. Not only was James able to cater the sets to suit our different abilities, he mixed up the routines each week whilst still monitoring our progression. Week on week he would encourage us to push a bit harder, and match it against the performance of the previous week so we could see how far we’d improved. The friend I shared the sessions with has severe nerve damage in her shoulders, and the visible improvement in just 6 months surprised us all!
The element to James’s training that made all the difference for me was the Simple Sessions app, where he designs new workouts for you on the days you don't have a session with him in person. Each exercise comes with a demonstration video and a comment section so you can discuss your movement progress together, which makes it the perfect way to get in extra workouts in outside of your sessions. Such a great way of training from home too, with a little added accountability as encouragement.
This man is a wealth of knowledge when it comes to fitness and health, I couldn't recommend him more! Great PT to have a laugh with all whilst reaching your goals - cheers James!

He is both a world class athlete and coach. Due to his extensive knowledge in athletics, weight training, calisthenics and yoga, lee can respond to each customer individually. His training approach is very methodical and lets you understand both the ideas behind the training in general and really get the exercises in particular.
