I found Jubaer online in April because I wanted to train in Muay Thai. I soon upped my sessions from once a week to three times a week and not only am I the fittest I have ever been but my Muay Thai technique has vastly improved. Our sessions are always challenging with a combination of cardio, strength training, technical Muay Thai and sparring. He is a great trainer/coach and is very knowledgeable in fitness and Muay Thai. Our sessions are always fun and a great laugh too.

Trained with Jay for several months now. I chose to train with Jubear to learn a sport rather than just do reps. Sessions are always great. High paced, fun & challenging. Varying sessions between Muay Thai & weights means you can work on different parts of your body and allows you to learn different disciplines.
