Lewis trained my and my wife for a year ahead of our wedding and was fantastic!
He strikes a great balance between being fun/ easy to get on with and pushing you to really achieve your fitness goals.
He brings a huge amount knowledge; mixing up workouts with a broad variety of exercises, targeting weaknesses with specific movements, improving mobility through a mix of mobility drills and strength work, and providing guidance on nutrition.
I’d highly recommend Lewis to anyone looking for a top quality PT they can enjoy spending time with whilst they work towards any long/ shorter term targets.

Lewis holds a boot camp on Saturday mornings, he always turns up with a positive attitude and is up for a laugh! He will cater for everyone, if you struggle with a certain activity he will adapt it so you can still join it but will also push you to your limits. I would highly recommend Lewis, he really is so good at what he does and makes it enjoyable too!

My husband and I started personal training sessions with Lewis 1 month ago when we weren't able to attend our regular gym. Even after only 4 weeks of workouts, I can't imagine our fitness lives without Lewis Paris Fitness. Each workout is so well designed to build overall fitness and strength. We are pushed to our (reasonable) limits but still have a blast every time. The workouts are incredibly varied, never dull, and we leave having learned something fundamental about form, technique, or imbalances in our own bodies. After only the first two workouts, I could already feel myself getting better and stronger. Lewis is super smart, fun, caring, and dedicated to his craft. He really invests in his clients' success - pushing each person to challenge himself or herself but never disregarding any discomfort or anxiety he observes. Becoming a part of LPF Community is a life-changing experience - I can't recommend it enough!

A really great home workout! Lewis has great quality equipment so was super clear and easy to follow on zoom, and great volume of music but could also hear his instructions.
Loved finally getting my hands on weights and integrating into workouts again - it’s been so long! Easy to follow, can push yourself or go at your own pace, and Lewis is so lovely :) will definitely be booking again!

I have been working with Lewis for about a year now and he has completely changed my body. He knows exactly how far to push you to get incredible results. He really listens to what you want to achieve and works with you to design the best work outs for you. I also do ballet which has caused a couple of injuries and Lewis has helped me with those. I have also recently started to do his online group classes which I am loving as great fun and again Lewis makes sure that he adapts the exercises for each person. He is also a lovely guy.

I go to the outdoor bootcamp. Its really good. I love going. It gives me motivation and confidence. It doesnt matter what your fitness ability is. This bootcamp is designed.for all fitness abilities. Lewis is a great instructorr. Each time I go im surprised at how I am progressing.

Lewis is a unique PT! His positivity, patience and professionalism are elements that enhance quality of services. I have been working with him 6 months now and I am happy for the results so far because they might come slowly but they are results of gradual progression hence long lasting. Although I will be on holidays and have a break for a month, his coaching and mentality have already had a drastic influence on my daily routine. Thanks to Lewis, I am able to enjoy food & drinking without their negative impact on my lifestyle because I learned how to balance eating habits and training. I can’t recommend him enough. If I could give Lewis 10 stars instead of 5, I would. I had never worked with a PT before but I am so glad I decided to give it a go with him. He does a brilliant job at tailoring the workouts for my goals and helps keeping me accountable. He also takes the time to care and understand me as a person and supports my personal development. During lockdown, he has been amazing at adapting our sessions to Zoom and working with what I have. He's also kept it super challenging but I am happy to say that I notice some results in terms of endurance and strength. I am not the most athletic or coordinated person, but he makes me want to put in the effort. He's funny (essential!!!) and I consider him a friend. I guarantee if you're looking for an amazing PT, Lewis is it!

Joined Lewis’ online class as a taster via MoveGB. Was looking for a kettlebell workout to challenge my strength and stamina. Lewis provided that ! His focused coaching took us through excellent warm ups, demonstrating technique and chiding us with corrections. The class although small, felt personal enough that Lewis could connect and get results. Forty-five minutes went too quickly. As I joined at the last minute, I was unsure of whether or not this was the right level and if the equipment I had would work me well. I had chosen a weight slightly above my comfort level for arm raises. Nevertheless, Lewis altered his routine to compensate. From good to great with Lewis. You betcha !

Throughout the years I've worked with a number of different personal trainers but always seem to get bored of the same routine week in week out, eventually resulting in me giving up. With Lewis every session there's something new to work on. New exercises, new movements and new techniques to make you use muscles you didn't even realise you had! I can honestly say Lewis is the only PT that makes me want to get up at 6am and take a class.
The knowledge he has on the human body and how to push it to its limit is second to none, if you have an injury Lewis will happily cater a class to not only avoid further stress but to improve movement and stability in that area which has been invaluable to me.
While Lewis' sessions are hard work they are extremely rewarding and i always leave with a big smile on my face (okay sometimes more of a grimace!) His sense of humour and fun loving attitude keeps the sessions up beat and I'm forever motivated to push myself further every time we have a class.
I truly can't recommend Lewis enough. Thanks for all your help mate

Really enjoying the online classes with Lewis. With a wealth of live and online workouts available at the moment it is so hard to narrow it down but after I tried quite a few I can highly recommend you look no further ... Lewis is your guy! I started off with the live IG workouts and then moved onto the Zoom classes (I was slacking too much). Great workouts, all varied and adapted to your level of fitness. He also keeps a very close eye on your form and when you slack. Just the motivation I've been needing. His chat and tunes ain't bad either. Highly recommend.

Loved these leggings so much I had to buy them again. Always have trouble when it comes to leggings with how they fit. But these leggings are perfect ! Im 5'1 so they're a tad long The material on these are fantastic no doubt I'll be back for more.

I had never been interested in having a PT before and was happy to continue doing my usual 3-4 gym classes every week, but in reality I was seeing little progress. I then met Lewis Who offered me a trial session, and it was a total game changer!
He pushes me to my limits in every session but also makes them fun as I am training in ways I have never done before. I am feeling so much stronger after only a couple of months, and I have Lewis to thank for that. If you are considering PT I would highly recommend.

He takes the time to give clear instructions and correct your form if ever you're off. Warm-ups and cool-downs are always thorough and the classes are really fun! The best bootcamp in London! Since attending Lewis's bootcamp classes my overall fitness and technique has massively improved. I can’t recommend Lewis highly enough. He’s an expert trainer, with heaps of energy and charm; always with a big smile on his face! His boot camp classes are well worth the early starts!
I never thought I’d pay for personal training but after a trial with Lewis Im keen to book in my next session. In one hour he’s transformed my deadlift technique and identified my areas for development. It was both insightful and really enjoyable - I look forward to the next one!

Lewis is a very profesionnal and excellent PT. Before starting he gave me an assessment to understand my goals and find out more about me, my eating habits and weekly routine. His training plan is varied and includes functional moves helping my whole body to get stronger. He quickly understood what my weaknesses were and he is helping me overcome them. He is very knowledgeable and he has taught me moves such as Romanian deadlifts which I used to badly execute due to a lack of technique. He also gave me fat loss and warm up tips. He is also very friendly and easy to get along with. Often a lot of laughter which is nice after a long day at work. And of course I already see results after a few weeks... Lewis know how to push you to greatness 👊🏻😅 There are a lot of PT out there but I wouldn't choose anyone else.

Cannot stress how much I loved (!) the ‘Glute gains and core’ class - brilliant instructor and 1.5 hours of workout. This was supposed to be a small size class - ended up being 1-1 PT tailor-made session. Lewis Paris has great energy, is funny and motivating, but mainly extremely knowledgable. I had a knee injury and he was very attentive to how to perform the exercises correctly, what to be mindful about and on what to focus on to get better results and avoid further injury. Lots of recommendations and alignments, we did mobility exercises as well, which i see very rarely in strength based classes. I have to say I learned a LOT. This class is defo worth your time and money. For everyone who hesitates and wants to train wisely, its a no brainier! So if you want to be pushed and also educated look no further.
Also the ambience of the gym space was cosy and welcoming and everyone from the staff to clients were friendly. It was one of the best sessions I’ve done hands down - I laughed a lot and (almost) cried as it was tough af (in a good way) and I think I will need a wheelchair today, however next week I’m definitely back! Thanks :-)
