I've been training with Louis for just over a month now and I can honestly say it is one of the best investments I've ever made for myself. I walked in for my first session and told Louis that I'm not looking to just lose weight or look X way for X event, but that I've lost my love of exercise and I want it back. Louis really took this on and every session has been a joy. Not only that, but his sessions are incredible value for money for this area (he should definitely charge more!). 10/10 would recommend to anyone - thanks Louis and looking forward to seeing where this takes me!
(Come back for part 2 in a years time when I will undoubtably still be working with Louis, Ha!)

I’m quite a shy person and have really struggled to train alone in the gym.
Taking a coach was for me a way to have someone next to me to take care of my training and help me to archive my goals.
I had an absolute great time training with Louis. He’s a really nice and caring coach, he’s passionate by his job, he takes the time to explain how to do the exercises and make sure you have a good posture. I love also the cheeky way he found to challenging me on the exercises.
I would have love to continue to build my body with him but had to move at the other side of London, the journey was too long at the end but I will always have a good thought about him. Maybe a day we will work together again. It will be a pleasure.

I haven’t been training with Louis for a long time but the changes he has made to my training and diet plan have made the world of difference. I am already seeing progress and I’m excited to see where he can take me with continued training sessions. I met Louis one year ago.
I took the decision of starting a personal training program right after seeing a picture of myself on the beach, bare chested.
That image was the the trigger. I was about to turn 35 and was not pleased with my body, which was not reflecting what I felt of myself, still a dynamic, happy and young person. My body was the opposite.
At the time, i just wanted to tone my body and get rid of the love handles as many men. I was doing cardio a few times a week at my usual gym and running on weekends.
The image I saw that day made me realise that maybe this was not enough. So I decided to approach a personal trainer who ended to be Louis. The promise was a 3 months body transformation. I decided to go ahead, very motivated.
THAT decision and Louis have both changed my life.
Louis made me understand that I was not training the right way to achieve my goals, that I was not eating enough and that weight training would help me additionally to revising my diet.
I was at first suspicious as I felt my lifestyle was already healthy but soon after I did understand that all the progress will only be paired with a nutrition plan. It was actually an easy task and it allowed me to vary my food much more and forced me to understand what and when to eat, and in which quantity.
We started the weight training and exercising using the main machines at the gym. I was the kind of person too shy to use machines on my own, and lifting weight was something I would have never imagined to do in public. With the time, Louis helped me to build that confidence, and not being ashamed or embarrassed to exercise in the context of a busy gym. He taught me how to exercise, and corrected my posture constantly. He gave me tips, so I could also train more independently.
In the program we started, it was not only important to feel the progress but also to see it! Every week we took body measurements and we ended the week taking a picture of each angle of my body. After a few weeks I felt the changes, inside my body, feeling less tired, healthier, more energetic, I was also performing better with the time and not the least, I started to reconnect with my body again.
The results of the body transformation program was before anything else a mind transformation. Thanks to the sessions and all the efforts, I rebuilt confidence, self esteem, and felt fine with myself. The plus was when I heard for the first time that I had a Gym Body!
After these 3 months, happy with the results, I wanted to carry on training, and since then, I see Louis once a week and these sessions are just moments happiness. We work on new workouts, we develop skills, we adjust positions, and we just share some moments of life!
Every week I can’t wait for my “Louis Day”, this became part of my training routine, and Louis became an important part of my life and i can’t thank him enough for everything positive he has brought into it.

Louis was an excellent personal trainer, he pushed me beyond what I thought I could achieve on my own. He made the sessions tough but always managed to make them fun. He always made sure my form was on point, these constant reminders have stuck in my head years after training with him and have had a lasting impact on my training.

The support that Louis has given has been amazing - he's been there to answer all my questions (stupid ones and all), motivated me on the days I had none, and pushed me to do things that I didn't think I could do.
