I started training with Lucy over the summer and am really pleased I found her. The sessions are fun, keep challenging me and leave me feeling like I've done a proper work out - exactly as they should be! Lucy's great and i wouldn't hesitate to recommend her.

I’ve been with Lucy since the summer and even in the couple of months I’ve been with her I’ve become so much fitter. More than that, I really enjoy our sessions (and historically I have always HATED exercise…) She takes things at a really good pace, being very patient and supportive while also challenging me to go outside my comfort zone while always setting me up for success. Cannot recommend enough!

Lucy's been training me for a while and I always leave the sessions feeling better than when I started (although maybe a bit more tired...) and she's helped me get back in to regular exercise. She takes the time to discuss what you'd like to do in each session and is very personable. I'd highly recommend her services to anyone who is looking to get active or improve their fitness!

Lucy is an amazing professional personal trainer. She is really supportive and very knowledgeable, getting the results I wanted with a well thought out exercise programme. Lucy’s sessions are always a good balance of pushing myself and developing exercise techniques, while listening and modifying exercises if and where necessary. She is also very encouraging and enthusiastic with a warm and friendly manner, quickly putting me at ease. It is also always lovely to be greeted with a smiley Lucy in the park too, making rainy grey London days a lot more worthwhile and enjoyable! After a handful of sessions, I felt fitter, stronger and healthier all thanks to Lucy! I would highly recommend.

Lucy was referred to me during the height of the first pandemic and I couldn’t be happier. Following a serious knee surgery and due to Covid, I was really struggling to stay fit and healthy. Lucy did virtual sessions with me and they were fantastic, with a blend of HIIT, strength and yoga. Lucy really helped me get back to a good level of fitness through a structured training plan and now I feel great. I couldn’t recommend Lucy highly enough! 10/10

I have always lacked motivation when it comes to exercise so I decided to get a personal trainer to try and whip me into shape. I couldn't have picked a better trainer than Lucy! Not only was she a lovely smiling face in the morning, she was fun, down to earth, motivating and energetic. She made me feel completely at ease (I was a little embarrassed at my lack of fitness to begin with!) but also challenged me weekly. Lucy was also really flexible with my unusual rota. I've never been a huge fan of exercise and had some average experiences with gym trainers in the past who seemed bored and uninterested. My experience with Lucy couldn't have been more different! Over the 3 months I spent training with her, I started to really see results and feel much better and stronger, which completely changed my outlook on getting fit. Lucy has an incredible amount of energy and positivity. It felt like working out with a friend, was always fun & most importantly for me, Lucy cared about my progress, changing up our routine regularly and adapting it to my goals. I hugely recommend her!

Lucy is an excellent personal trainer.
She has great energy, is a lot of fun and very helpful. I have had a couple of personal trainers in the past, but I never felt satisfied the way I hoped for, I was never sure they pushed me enough.
With Lucy, I enjoy each session and particularly the diversity of methods she introduces. I also find the home exercises she advises me to use are a great help.
To me, exercise is like learning a whole new language, which is very satisfying. For that, I'd like to thank Lucy.
So I highly recommend her to anyone looking for an ideal personal trainer. In addition, I guarantee there will be lots of laughter!

I really enjoy my training with Lucy, and I've definitely felt a lot better for it! The session is always very varied and I find that the hour passes very quickly! Loved my PT sessions with Lucy. Fun, effective, inspiring. Lucy took great care to understand what I wanted to achieve, and really smartly designed a programme for myself and a couple of friends that tackled various goals. I got in touch with Lucy as I like the approach to exercise outlined on her website - about having fun and feeling stronger and healthier - as opposed to immediate transformations and exercise as punishment. I am hyperextended and tend to injure myself easily so the latter doesn't work for me!
As I wanted to train in Highbury Fields, she set me with another trainer, Leila, who she employs and shares her philosophy.
I have really enjoyed my experience over the past 6 months - I am only stopping sessions as I am moving abroad! It felt so great to train outside with Leila, who is very upbeat, encouraging and positive, to have someone who tailors the difficulty of exercise to your level (and you will see yourself progress: I can do series of full push ups now!) and to have a laugh with while you train. We also did boxing as part of the sessions which is a great way to release pent up energy and really good fun. I was really looking forward to training despite doing the sessions in the early morning. Really recommend!
