I’m a member of the MFM park classes. Chris and his team are all great trainers. The program changes each week and is always challenging, fun and inclusive for all fitness levels. They have built a great community of local people. If you live in the Wimbledon area I couldn’t recommend enough for you to join one of the sessions (it’s free) and try it for yourself.

Chris mixes bodyweight training and weight lifting to push you to your limits but he is not the kind of trainer who just wants to break you. Chris provides a really good balance of strength work and mobility and stretching, which ultimately helps you perform better and work towards more challenging exercises. I had never done any sort of hand balancing or trained with gymnastic rings before, but I absolutely love it!

I have been coached by Chris for almost 2 years now. He is an excellent coach. When I first started with Chris I had some experience of training and playing rugby and football but would often end up injured after a few months of intense training. Chris really opened my eyes to doing things differently and I love our sessions. I feel fewer aches and pains and so much stronger but also have learnt so much more about taking care of my body.

Chris was my coach for 6 months and I worked with him to work on some specific mobility and hand balancing. I've trained with Chris for nearly two years now and have been incredibly impressed by Chris' commitment to understanding my motivations, my way of training and most importantly, his commitment to giving me tools I will have for life. Chris is professional and thorough. He has helped get me and keep me moving despite a hip issue with bespoke, simple and fun programmes which are straightforward to maintain at home in between sessions. The studio setting is comfortable, with a good amount of space. During lockdown, I was able to maintain sessions via Zoom which were very well done and managed.
