I’ve been training with Marc 3 times a week since November of last year. He’s a great instructor, that’s very friendly, personable and who listens and adapts programmes to you individually to help you meet your goals.
At my first consultation, I explained I have arthritis in my shoulder which has limited the mobility and scope of what I could do physically. He has carefully curated workouts each session to ensure that the muscles and supporting structures around this have gotten stronger all round which has dramatically decreased the amount of niggles and irritation that I have experienced in the past.
Marc is very hands on, keeping me accountable and I feel my both my physical and mental health have improved because of it. I am starting to notice positive changes in my body composition and am generally feeling a lot stronger and fitter. I look continuing to my training with him.

Marc is an absolutely fantastic personal trainer. He is very motivating, keep yssou in check to make sure you're doing exercises correctly and actually doing them when he's not around. Most importantly for me is Marc really listened to what it is I want to achieve and what I want the sessions to look like, the service Marc provides is very personalised. I would highly recommend Marc.

Marc is a professional, characteristic and motivating person. I needed to get a personal trainer to help me with not only my fitness but my confidence too, and I’ve definitely achieved this! I needed a specific workout routine that suited my body type and my goals, which Marc personalised for me. Since introducing me to the “5 pillars of fitness” my lifestyle has changed and now I’ve seen the positive benefits. I would definitely recommend Marc to anyone that’s an ex or current athlete who needs some motivation and goal setting. And I would also recommend anyone who’s new to the gym but needs a hand getting started!

I’ve been attending Bootcamp sessions for about a month now. I am not one for gyms so I’m really pleased to have come across these classes. Marc is a great instructor, very encouraging, friendly and knowledgeable. He tailors the exercises to suit different abilities, he always demonstrates and repeats as we go. I have to say I enjoy the weight training more than the cardio but it’s a great challenge to give it all a go, which I wouldn’t do if I were in the gym by myself. I love that these classes are outdoors. We always finish with some relaxation breathing and when I feel the warm sun on my face and hear the birds chirping, it’s just the best.

Marc is an amazing trainer who has always got time to support you. For many years I ventured away from booking PT sessions opting for the gym. My reasoning processes was mainly due to a lack of confidence and feeling like I might fail if expectations are placed on me which I could not fulfill. However, due to several significant life changes occurring I was prompted to consider new possibilities and what might my life be like if I was able to try/accomplish something new? Consequently, I made the decision to go beyond my comfort zone and give personal training sessions a try. In doing so, I was more than pleasantly suprised!
I wished I had taken that leap of faith so long ago! Marc is passionate about the job he does and is progressive in his style of working alongside you. You never feel uncomfortable as he puts you at ease. He has natural skills in combining humour with motivation. Within sessions they are very well organised, creative, fun, energising and uplifting. I cannot recommend Marc enough to people who might be worried or nervous. He is a credit to the personal training world. All work and support is always appreciated. My confidence in all areas has increased ten-fold and I give him much credit for this.

Marcs knowledge and understanding about that everyone is different is great. (What works for one may not for another). Great information and help with what to eat and drink. Amazing 1-2-1 PT sessions. Pushing you to a good limit. Would highly recommend to anyone. He helped set realistic targets and goals. Always there when I needed help or guidance.
