My first experience of Meantime Fitness was the bootcamp sessions. I really liked these and still do, not only for the fitness but also for the people. I decided to sign up for PT sessions with Gwyneth as I wanted do something about my fitness in an outdoor setting and also learn how to use weights properly. I absolutely loved it! Gwyneth is a great personal trainer -- she listens to your needs but also pushes you to achieve more. I cannot thank her enough for everything she has done for me this year -- not only for helping me achieve my goals but also encouraging me to do so further. I highly recommend Gwyneth and Meantime Fitness! :)

My stimulating start to the week is a hard PT session with Gwyneth on Mondays at 7.45 in Greenwich Park, regardless of the weather. Gwyneth was highly recommended to me by a friend who also trains with her. Gwyneth is an exceptional personal trainer who eagerly encourages me without badgering as some trainers are inclined to do. At the start of each session when she tells me what she has planned for the hour (or two if I am lucky) without exception I tell myself I will never complete the planned circuit, work out, run or whatever but with Gwyneth’s reassurance I accomplish the tasks she sets. I now in turn am happy to recommend PT sessions with Gwyneth who readily laughs and is easy company.

I started 1-to-1 sessions with Gwyneth when I was expecting my third baby as I wanted to keep up my training, but wanted someone qualified in postnatal exercise. Gwyneth tailored each session depending on how I was feeling, working towards my goals in strength and posture, using everything from bodyweight to kettlebells and even doing a bit of boxing. Gwyneth is very calm, supportive and she clearly cares about her clients. She is also not judgemental and completely understands that working full time and having kids probably means that exercise is more than just a workout. Post baby I am now re-joining Meantime's Bootcamp sessions which are always good fun and never two sessions alike. Overall, I can wholeheartedly recommend Gwyneth to any one that wants to improve their performance and get fitter.

Gwyneth is a great trainer. Warm, friendly and un-intimidating, she pushes you beyond your own mental limitations without you knowing. I had lost my motivation and enthusiasm for exercise so started working with her once a week and now love it. I would highly recommend if you want to exercise, but can't find the motivation to get back into it. This is a great place to start and build on.

I signed up with Gwyneth in April and haven’t looked back since! After my induction session and a realisation that perhaps I wasn’t as fit as I’d thought... I booked in two PT sessions per week. Three months down the line, I’m really noticing the difference... I’m fitter, leaner and toned. I highly recommend Gwyneth. Not only a fantastic PT but such a lovely person too. I’ve had tips on nutrition, workout schedules for whilst being on holiday as well as motivational words of wisdom. I’d booked Gwyneth initially to get fit ahead of my wedding but have already signed up for long term sessions after the big day!
