M. I.I really enjoyed Functional Skills English, entry 3 course with Sarra. My teacher had excellent knowledge of the subject I was learning.
She had very good communication with students.
I appreciate they way she explained the homework.I was given challenging work, that motivated me and helped me make good progress. In few months I learn a lot and gain my knowledge.
Also the stuff are very supportive.

All staff know and care about their students. Also, the environment is calm and allow you to focus on your learning, I felt safe and more confident during my courses.

The teachers and advisors are thoughtful, qualified, available and when necessary or requested, they provide us with personalized attention. They are helping me to open my mind, building my next steps to go back to work (after redundancy due to COVID) and a future career. I just have to thank the attention and dedication of the professionals and the government funding that gave me the chance to continue learning and improving my skills in one of the most challenging times we have been through recently.

However, they can take a serious about cov19, whenever we get there we have to weak face mask, use hand gel and scan NHS a parcode so we can stay safe too.
