Simon is a fantastic and knowledgeable personal trainer. I’ve been training with Simon since June 2021 and he has exceeded my expectations. He is great at tailoring a workout programme that works for you and you alone. My body shape has changed and I am so much fitter and stronger. My sessions are an excellent mixture of working different body parts and every workout is always so much fun, keeps me interested and looking forward to my next session. Simon has amazing patience and keeps me smiling throughout each session. With Simon’s incredible motivation and professionalism I would highly recommend this great guy to anyone looking for a personal trainer.

Simon is a fantastic PT and fitness professional. I have been training with Simon for over 6 months and I enjoy every session because of his energy, encouragement, knowledge & professionalism. I believe he missed his calling as a hype-man, because he manages to motivate me, early in the morning, when I am struggling to complete certain exercises. If you are looking for a talented, enthusiastic, adaptable and dare I say MOTIVATED personal trainer, you need go no further than Simon Mooi! I started working with Mooi during lockdown in 2021, confined to the house and looking for ways to keep my body moving. Previously a solo gym goer, I had always told myself that classes 'weren't for me', especially virtual ones. Yet by the end of my very first HIIT class I was converted, and as time went on felt myself getting healthier, fitter and stronger than ever before. Mooi has an excellent ability to help you push your body to it's limit, in a friendly manner that has you smiling and sometimes even laughing to the end. I would highly recommend to anyone looking to improve themselves!
