Akin is an amazing personal trainer who brings a wealth of knowledge, experience and creativity to each and every session. Akin tailors each session to individual abilities, capabilities and goals. I have been a client at MTC Fitness for 3 years now and Akin's easily engaging determined style has been a winning combination in helping me to maintain an exercise and fitness regime after years of wasting time and money on gym memberships. I wouldn’t be without MTC fitness now !

Akin is a great personal trainer. I don't leave reviews normally, but I feel I must because he is that good.
Good clear informative communication. I come away a little bit smarter after each session.
Master of his art. Not that I'm qualified to say this but he really keeps the exercises varied. You won't get bored each session will fly by, it's that enjoyable.
Quality. Akin has from what I can tell all the equipment you'd need to train. No gym membership required!
Best part is the fact that he's NOT the type of guy to keep you on a treadmill for half an hour and call it a day. If that was the case why do you need a PT?
He takes thorough notes on your progress, so you don't have to. And is happy to help with your questions.

Akin has been training my wife and I for nearly two years and has been absolutely fantastic. I did not enjoy gym work and struggled to maintain motivation on a regular basis, but with Akin that has changed immeasurably. He listens, creates bespoke plans for exercise and diet and is not just a PT, but a man motivator and a friend!
Despite lockdown, we moved to MTC LIVE online where we are training 3 times a week and every session is so different and pushes us in new ways. The studio is open again too for 1-1s, which we will return to soon as well as continuing MTC LIVE.
I highly recommend MTC and the positive change it has brought to our lives!

Do yourself a favour, pick up the phone and book your first session with Akin. You will not regret it! I have tried all sorts of exercise classes, boot camps, PTs, gym, and never stuck at it. With Akin’s PT classes I never hesitated about showing up, and crucially for me, I never checked the clock during each session. My husband and I went to Akin with weight loss and strength goals, and Akin tailors the sessions based on your individual requirements. His professional expertise and diverse equipment keep the sessions varied so it never gets boring and the chat and banter make it fly by.
Akin really takes the time to build a strong rapport with all of his clients and gets to know them and their personal goals. He is incredibly supportive, but works you hard. He pushes you to believe in yourself from day one, so you get your desired results. Additionally, he guides you with personalised nutrition plans, helping you keep on top of it each step of the way. Throughout the early months of my pregnancy and now, postpartum, he has adapted exercises so the routines stay safe and effective. Our weekly and online sessions not only helped us to achieve our goals and feel physically good, but they have also helped to alleviate stress and anxiety and have a positive benefit on our mental health too. Can't recommend Akin highly enough!

His knowledge far surpasses other personal trainers I have used in the past and he really knows how to build a training routine around my goals. Also helps that he has a fantastic gym with all the equipment necessary...and a giant Hulk mural which keeps an eye on your routine ;)
Would 100% recommend! Is currently running online training as well that you can sign up your whole family too.

Akin is a serious boss and delivers high standard service. I’m so happy with my results and had been seeing him on and off for three years. He’s so personable and will make you feel comfortable while pushing you to your limit. He’s also got a brilliant space, which is ideal if you’re just starting out with working out. I've been using MTC fitness for the past 6 years on and off, and everytime I meet my goal, I leave, then I slack off, then go back to them again 🤣. Why do I go back to them? Because they can get me the results i want in weeks and it's guaranteed😓🏋🏾♀️🤩.
🤔 mmmhh come to think of it maybe I should just never leave 😆 but yer we all get gassed when we get our dream body back and think we no longer need any help......Anyway if you want a trainer who will make you laugh so you don't realise when your muscles are hurting, and will make the sessions so enjoyable that they fly by, then Pick MTC fitness and Akin will Sort you out lol

Sessions are tough but deliver results. Losing weight on my own was too hard. Really works for me, as he pushed me to the right level, and mixes it up each week. We do a mix of core, resistance and HIIT. Highly recommend
