Mylius is a really good personal trainer. I really enjoyed working with him as every session with him is fun, well put together, well organised and well taught. During the past twelve months, I've been with him I have learnt a lot about diet and nutrition. Mylius is very friendly person, who is easy to approach and speak to and he goes out of his way to help you in and out of the gym making sure you stay on track with nutrition. I will recommend Mylius to anyone who is serious about being in the best shape of their lives.

I was with Mylius for 8months and I am happy with where I am with my body right now. I learnt a lot from him on proper exercise execution and how to maintain correct nutrition to aid fast results.. mylius is very professional and will track your daily caloric intake making it easier for you to not mess up on your diet..

I have always been fit and active when I was younger,but as the year went by I got a family and I started working long hours.before I knew it I went from a slim athletic build to a man with a middle aged dad body.( Not cool) panic started to set in. I remember walking up the stair and constantly getting out of breath. In desperation I enrolled in my local gym but work and family life got in the way. I thought this was it , no more wearing fitted t shirts any more.
One day a friend asked me why I had stopped going gym .I told him and he recommended myfitness4life. I said ok I will give it a go but I was not willing to. The reason for this I had seen so much personal trainers who were out of shape and did not look the part in the gym. Anyway I picked up the phone and arranged to meet myluis . When I saw him I immediately thought this guy looks the part and I could tell he had worked on his body first before becoming a personal trainer. After the first consultation I told him I was interested in calisthenics and i wanted to do a bar muscle up. He told me no problem but first I had to lose weight and build up strenght. With that he put me on a training and diet plan that was personalized to me. I was even allowed mac Donald's one a week .Within the first few months my weight dropped faster than the UK Brexit plans. Everyone around me notice the difference. Shortly after that I went from not being able to do a pull up to doing multiple muscle ups. Next up will be the ring muscleup thank you myfitness4life

Patience and confidence you will gain from Myluis, who always push your body mentally and physically with great experiences to reach your goals in a straight way. Either you want gain muscles or lose weight, as a male, I have trained with Myluis SEVEN months, those experiences certainly build my muscle and lose my weight (12 weeks lost 13.5kg!!). Training different, be different BRUH!

Mylius is a really good personal trainer i have been working with in for over 2 years now and i have completely transformed my body.. when i first started working working with mylius i had very little muscle mass on my frame and i knew nothing about training and dieting.. over the course of 2 years i have built over 20 lbs of muscle and i finally have abs..if you are looking for a personal trainer that will take you to the next level then mylius is your man he has lots of patience and will push you to achieve your goals.. i will 100 percent recommend him as a personal trainer to anyone at a y level take my word for it he is really good at what he does
