His approach is tailored to your needs; he ensures that my technique is always correct to avoid any injuries. He is extremely reliable & punctual – always set up & ready to start training ahead of time, with an exercise routine planned. I found I actually looked forward to my workouts.

I started with Nick around 4 months ago with some lower back problems and small knowledge of how to perform correct exercises such as dead lifts and hip thrusts. From my first day Nick walked me through from the very start on how to correct my form and how to adapt exercises to suit me and my lower back problems. I have only been with Nick for a short amount of time and the progress I have made with him is amazing. I would highly recommend Nick to anyone looking for a highly qualified personal trainer. He gave me the confidence I needed and he showed me that working out can be really fun.
