Daniel is an excellent personal trainer. As I have never been to a gym before, it was important to find someone who can take me through that journey step by step. Daniel is very thoughtful and considerate trainer. Highly recommended. He helped me to set up realistic goals which we managed to achieve together.

Daniel has been training myself and my 19-year-old son for over a year. We cannot recommend him highly enough.
Obviously we both have different body types and different end goals. In the time that we have been training with Daniel I have seen a dramatic difference.
My body has changed from slim but unfit to toned, lean and strong. Although I moan and fight against him every step of the way he always finds a gentle, funny way to encourage me to push myself.
My son’s body has changed from very skinny to very strong and muscular. Daniel has even managed to change his posture (slouchy, round shouldered before), which is incredible!
Daniel is very knowledgeable about all aspects of training and nutrition and always helps to steer us in the right direction. He is very personable and a great communicator, always encouraging feedback throughout the session to tweak it on the fly (changing up an exercise if it’s too easy or causing discomfort).
Never thought I would say it, but I actually enjoy the gym now…although I’d never tell Daniel that 🤣

I've trained with Daniel for about 8-9 months and find him an excellent PT. He set me a great tailored diet plan and workout regime. I found it very helpful (being a beginner to the gym when I started) that he knew exactly what I needed to do to achieve my goals & it wasn't daunting at all. I saw changes in my body and mind quite quickly & he knew when to switch up the regimes when my body naturally reached a plateau. I find Daniel very motivating and he certainly draws out the best in me. I can't recommend Daniel highly enough!

I've been working with Daniel for the past 3-4 months and only have positive things to say. For me, I had goals around diet expansion (increase the right food intake to support longevity and explosiveness) , focus on getting back into football/hiking shape and overall a healthier body/mind thats a fit for my body type and asipirations e.g. don't want to be Hulk Hogan/muscle beach body.
Daniel strikes a perfect balance between pushing/challenging you to take your strength to the next level and not overworking you to where you are passing out/sore for days on end. He has an innate ability to quickly undestand your body and where the next improvement/push needs to happen.
I have always been a skeptic about Peronal Trainers (overrated, trainers get complacent/comfortable or they just do the same things week in and week out). Daniel has been the exact opposite of this and changed my mind about personal trainers. Within a couple of months i feel better, more energy, eating things that fit my dietary/bodily needs (prefer all organic and natural foods) and I can visablly see the results of his coaching and guidance whislt meeting the needs I set forth.
I HIGHLY recommend Daniel if you are looking for an individual who is invested in you and what your personal goals are, couldnt speak more highly of him.
