I have trained with Franklyn for over 4 years and am only stopping because I am moving out of London. Franklyn is the best personal trainer I have ever used. He understands what my body can and can't do and pushes it to its natural limits without ever putting it under undue stress ie injury. He knows how far to push to get results beyond where I thought I was capable. I would highly recommend him. He is personable and professional, a joy to train with even when the going gets tough! I hope I find a PT the same calibre as Franklyn in my new home area.

Franklyn is really a first class personal trainer. I went to him with several persistent long term injuries which had seemed impossible to shift. Within a few months they had resolved which I am so grateful for. Since then I have seen dramatic gains in my strength and conditioning. Franklyn is a great listener and judge of what your body needs - this means you will see real improvements but never at the risk of injury. He has excellent technical knowledge of the body, diet and the optimal exercises for you (and their application). He is a good motivator and is very attentive to your form and progress. Above all this he really has a passion for this and cares deeply about his work which generates a great energy in the sessions. Couldn't recommend more highly.

Franklyn is an excellent PT. I have worked with multiple PTs before, and I can say Franklyn definitely knows what he is doing. He is very detail-oriented and takes the time to understand the client’s goals. Franklyn has helped me a lot to improve my mobility, strength, and overall well-being. He is good at identifying imbalances that are acting as bottlenecks to increased performance. Franklyn is also very mindful of past injuries and weaknesses and ensures that the training plans are both safe and effective. I would definitely recommend Franklyn to anybody.

I was looking for a PT to help strengthen my lower back, as I frequently was in a pain. Having worked with Franklyn for over 6 months, I can see and feel a world of difference. Not only do I no longer get back pain but I am also more flexible! I had a COVID lockdown goal of touching my toes and prior to working with Franklyn I had plateaud due to my weak lower back, so you can imagine my joy and surprise when after just a couple of months working with him, I touched the floor! Woop woop! He is supportive, fun and can't recommend him highly enough.

Frank is a fantastic trainer. He is a great motivator, and while I always work hard, he does not push me beyond my limits. He ensures that I am using the correct technique so that I get the most out of each exercise and avoid injury. He frequently introduces new exercises and is constantly adding to his skills and knowledge base. I have been training with Frank for nearly 4 years ,in that time I have achieved results that I really never thought were possible .
Not only have I lost weight but I have more importantly I now have muscular strength, a solid core and all round a great level of fitness. (I started with non!)

I have been training with Franklin for 6 months now and I am very happy ! Bespoke 1-2-1 classes, Franklin is very friendly and professional. I have had a great improvement of my posture and strength. The studio in Hampstead is great with a nice and friendly ambiance . Although we are now locked at home because of the covid 19, I keep training with Franklin using video which is great.

“I started training with Franklyn in a bid to lose weight for a hen weekend in Miami and with Franklyn’s help I achieved far more than weight loss! During my training sessions with Franklyn he taught me a range of exercises which meant that my overall strength and fitness improved, and in addition to my original weight loss goal, I changed my body shape and more importantly changed my mindset when it came to health and fitness. Each workout was tough but he tailored them to my growing fitness levels and when I went on the holiday I ended up taking my gym gear, something I would never have dreamt of doing before but due to Franklyn’s instruction I found I was able to perform exercises I would never have attempted before. I still continue to train with Franklyn even though the holiday is a distant memory as he is motivational, energetic and committed to getting the best out of me.
