Ondrej is not just a good personal trainer but he also helped me to sort out my dietary habits explained what and when to eat certain foods to achieve the best results. Highly recommend Ondrej for both training session and nutrition consultations.
We have started in October and despite all lockdown restrictions I have seen an enormous progress (went from 88 to 79kgs in 6-7 weeks). Despite not wanting to get out of bed early in the morning and go to the gym, I always come away from my session with Ondrej feeling good and like my body has had a thorough workout. It sets me up for the day!
I saw significant improvements in my muscular strength in the space of a few short weeks! I never thought I would be able to see the changes I did in such a short space of time but with the documentation Ondrej provided about our sessions, it was there in black and white. That was very motivational and kept me going beyond what I believed were my personal training limitations.
When I first started to see Ondrej, I had been struggling with a shoulder problem and the medical opinion was looking towards surgery. The strengthening work we did together (complimented with other holistic treatments) meant that I noticed a vast improvement in my shoulder quite quickly. Surgery is no longer considered a requirement and Ondrej continues to ensure my body generally – and shoulder in particular – is kept strong to prevent anything from happening again.
Ondrej is an inspirational, motivational and upbeat personal trainer always adapting and changing what we do to keep it interesting. His patience, skill and understanding of different training techniques, nutrition *Omnisuperfood* :-) and even ‘exercising’ the mind, has helped set me on the road to a healthier way of life. His enthusiasm for overall body wellness is infectious.

If you’re looking for a personal trainer, you found the right person! Me and my partner been training with Ondrej for 2 months and we are very happy! First of all I have always hated gym, I still do though 🙄 but I like the results after the training, and trust me there are results after 2 months. Usually the personal trainers are trying to worn you out, which is not the case with Ondrej, depending in what you looking to achieve he gives you the right exercises, very friendly and polite he is always there to support and motivate you! My objective, was to run a sub-03:30 marathon.
As well as giving me leg strength exercises, Ondrej gave great nutrition advice, and helped me build up my much-neglected core strength. I soon started to feel the difference during my training runs.
The marathon (my 15th) was the strongest one I’ve ever run, finishing in just under 3:24 (knocking 12 minutes off of my PB).

I have been a body builder for many years but recently decided to change over to become a pescatarian and given the fact i knew very little about how to do this right i decided to work with Ondrej.
I have to say the knowledge and advice he has provided me is quite exceptional Ondrej really is a guru when it comes to this and the diet plan he provided me has not only ensured i am far more healthier but the results have been excellent. after 4 weeks I have lost no weight on the scales but i am actually far more leaner and muscular which basically means i have gained muscle.

I used Ondrej's online nutrition and fitness plan and it was great! He was really helpful and able to answer my questions before, during and after the plan. I was following a vegan diet but for ages had struggled to give up the snacks and 'comfort' food. Using his plan as well as advice on superfoods (which I use in smoothies) I felt my cravings disappear. I am losing weight and yet feel considerably less hungry than before. I also have more energy, possibly in part thanks to his advice on supplements, which I had always been sceptical about before! Meanwhile, his fitness plan left my arms and legs and abs feeling really well-worked. I am going to use his services again in the future, this time to try a raw food nutrition and fitness plan. I am a 22 year old young professional living in Kilburn, I have had previous experience with PT's and have been with Ondrej for about 2 months now.
My personal goal was to loose fat/gain muscle, firstly I would recommend personal training to anyone with similar fitness goals, and secondly I would recommend Ondrej as that Personal trainer. Although a personal trainer cant do the diet and exercise for you, you work out in the knowledge that you are on the fastest and frankly healthiest path to your fitness goals. This in itself motivates you to hit it day by day. Furthermore the decision to drop out is no longer decided by your stomach. Having a personal trainer puts someone else there who is pushing you to achieve your goals and the relationship you establish provides you with a sense of motivation, as you do not want to let this person down.
What you want from a personal trainer is someone who Knows their stuff, has the equipment you need and can establish that relationship with you. Ondrej Excels at all 3.
Firstly Ondrej provided me with a wealth of knowledge, (that he has built up in his clearly long experience) not just saying "food group X is good for you" but rather "food group X is good for you because Y and Z" this again keeps you sticking to the diet as its no longer guess work, its fact.
Secondly Ondrej's studio has everything you need (without over complicating it) to get your fitness goals. Furthermore the privacy definately helps with anyone who is a little self concious.
Finally within 2 or 3 sessions you feel like you know ondrej as a person, the sessions (although Hard work (and rightly so)) are made enjoyable by ondrej's approachability and friendly attitude. Its not forceful, its encouraging, ive been to around 14 of his sessions and although ive been on the floor out of breath, ive been there with a smile on my face.
If you are unsure just give it a go. You wont look back
