Dilan was my first ever PT since I have started gym. My major issues were weight loosing and building up strength, which Dilan has helped me to achieve over 3 months period.
He created personalised training spreadsheets which sets me target to achieve on a weekly basis. This is particularly helpful especially on the day when I am training alone at gym. Not only he has given me motivation but also techniques for certain movement, which is super important to avoid any unnecessary injuries.
Dilan really helped me to push myself hard which no doubt I will not be able to without him. He is also very flexible and understanding, provided me various options of solutions to tackle problems I experienced/frustrated with.
Dilan is super easy-going and friendly; he gave me loads of encouragements during training sessions and slowly developed my confidence in believing the achievements I can make. It was a joyful experience to have Dilan as my first PT and would highly recommend him to others.

Dilan is extremely professional and 'results' -oriented. He took my assessment and needs into careful consideration and created a bespoke training schedule every month. He is also intuitive with how far to push my limits with weights and reps. Within 60 days I had achieved a 10 kg weight loss and increased muscle definition around my midsection. I have since continued with his programs to maintain a healthy routine of excercising and diet.

Before training with Dilan, I was training consistently, already had an established routine, but didn't really know how to change it. After a while I saw my results plataeuing, for about a year I hadn't made progress on any of my key lifts. Also, the moment I tried moving to a different exercise I invited injuries because I wasn't sure whether my form was correct and went heavy too quickly. After a few months of training with Dilan my results started skyrocketing. I broke the records on all my lifts, at the same time I got way leaner than I was before. A key requirement for my training has always been an efficient workout that improves my strength while also balancing it with my busy lifestyle, not being able to afford going to the gym more than 3 max 4 times a week. Dilan's approach to training is personalizing the workouts so they are varied, fun, and making sure you can make steady progress towards your goals. I always struggled with standing shoulder presses, this all went away after training with my PT, my core got noticeably stronger. Dilan's training style is what I needed to take my workouts to the next level.

After years of not working out, and heavy long shifts at work I felt like my health was deteriorating and constantly gaining weight.
Having experience in the past with working out I tried to get back to exersicing as if I had never stopped, and I was frustrated with the lack of results, if anything I gained weight out of frustration.
Having seen some of Dilan's previous results I thought I would give him a try, being my first ever PT I didn't know what to expect and I was very skeptical and didn't feel like my current situation would ever change and that I couldn't reach my goals.
Well let me tell you how wrong I was.
Dilan found time to meet me at work and and work his time around my schedule which I thought was amazing, it showed that he really cared about his clients and that he was happy to accommodate himself to fit me busy schedule.
We spoke about my goals and what I wanted, he was professional and quick with his delivery and I instantly knew I wanted him as my PT.
I started seeing results almost instantly, the personalised diet plan (that he changes weekly to keep you excited about your food) and workout plan were perfect and fit my schedule perfectly.
3 months down the line I had lost 14kg, gained muscle mass, and probably the best result of all was the change in my mental health. I feel calmer, more relaxed and happier.
Never overlook the benefits working out and exersices will have on your whole body.
I went from not knowing if I had time to workout, to working out 6days per week and it still fitting my busy lifestyle
I'm stronger, healthier and happier and would recommend Dilan as a PT to everyone at every stage of their health, from complete gym novice to pro athlete.
