She has transformed my life with her unique intuitive quality and her wide range of knowledge and combination of skills. There are so many personal trainers out there who do not understand how to work with medical issues or injuries, but Patricia is so intuitive about how to train me with my hypermobile joints and shoulder injuries so i feel safe doing workouts with her as I trust her expertise. The effort she puts in to our sessions is what keeps me going to achieve my goal. I honestly wouldn’t have been able to continue my fitness journey without her, she is without a doubt the best trainer I could have asked for and I really look forward to our weekly sessions!
