I was lucky that Daniel was my personal trainer. He is so confident to help to anyone who need guidance in his life to eat better exercise better. He teach you to be more confident with you and how to use your whole body for the exercise. He put himself 100% to help you achieve your goals.

Danny is the best Personal Trainer I have ever had. Not only does he know what hes talking about. He pushes you, and brings out the best in you. I cannot recommend Dan highly enough. Nearly 4 months ago we had the conversation about his calisthenics group I was interested in. Few days after I joined the group! Every week I feel stronger and I really look forward to the sessions. I love his trainings. Dan is a professional and he gets the right balance between motivating you and supporting to achieve your full potential. I’ve had excellent results thanks to his way of training. All his
calisthenics group is progressing very well. Dan always encourages and pushes you with positive reinforcement and aspirational goal-setting. He is a great coach who uses a mix of exercises to get great, lasting results. No fuss, no nonsense, just intensive, focused physical work that builds confidence as well as muscle and strength.
What is also special about Dan,
he never pass by any random gym member when he notices they do exercise incorrectly and they harm themselves , he always corrects them like a doctor that always is required to give help these in need. All that just confirms how highly professional he is. I’m very happy I met Dan on my way.

Good personal trainers are hard to find but I found one of them.
Daniel is a really awesome personal trainer puts YOU before himself and completely serves YOU in an effort to meet YOUR needs also pay attention to what you like and make adjustments to your fitness program accordingly. I had great sessions for couple of months. I don't look for quick results but surprisingly already got some and the main thing is that I'm still keep going to the gym. A big fat thanks for You Dan !

He has helped me discover so many different and cool techniques in Calisthenics.
He has a great way of assessing your level and building you up to the harder and more advanced skills by moving you though all the necessary progressions to help you achieve your goals.

If you are looking for someone that will support you and push you beyond to the point that you never thought you could achieve Dan is the right personal trainer for you. I trained with him few times and for personal circumstances I haven’t been able to persuade my training with him but I am planning to be part of the team as soon as I can. Your goals and achievements are his. Dan is an honest, passionate and high motivating personal trainer. His sessions are for hard worker trainees, there are no jokes and laughs while you exercise but he becomes the funniest Pt as soon as you relax😜.

I love training with Daniel! I started out with boxing PT classes and he was very patient with my extreme lack of coordination 😂 he noticed through these sessions that I had shoulder problems and since February I’ve been working on upper body strength. Being hyper-mobile means I’ve always struggled with shoulder pain, but now I’m getting stronger every week and can visibly see the difference in my arms. Daniel has taught me exercises that don’t aggravate my shoulder and understands my limitations as well as pushing me when I need it. He encourages healthy eating and is always happy to give advice outside of a session. He is kind and v funny, so makes working out a lot more fun!

Daniel is a great coach, he pays a huge attention to everyone’s movement and shows you how the exercise is done and also how your technique differs so you can correct it. I trained with him and the improvement was amazing. From being Totally new to achieve doing stand up, nearly human flag and some of the other positions. Whether your are principiante or mid level, Dan can help you in achieving your calisthenic target and in a fun way, not a suffering only mode.

Daniel is a fantastic PT who will truly deliver results. I have been training with Daniel for around 10 weeks and have noticed a great improvement in fitness, stregth, mobility and body shape. He works on your capabilities and will drive a program to suit your body as an individual. I have a prior injuries to my shoulders and Daniel designed a program less demanding to my shoulders however at the same time strengthing the rotary cuff. Be fit be free!

Daniel is a great personal trainer, he is fully committed to making sure you get the best results in the best way, I started by only being able to do half press-ups & now can do proper press -ups & even do a full clap press-up, I'm on the way to finally being able to do a pull-up without the resistance band - all things I wouldn't have been able to do without Dan's knowledge. tips & support!
