I had an excellent month of training with Nigel. I went in with a very bad posture which he has helped me correct. He taught me how to use machines and equipment properly, with proper form. he also helped with advice around nutrition and how to improve my lifestyle overall. Since finishing our sessions, I have kept going regularly and am noticing big positive improvements to my life. I always found looking online at gym advice very difficult because of loads contradictory information, but working with Nigel, I was able to have specific workouts and programs that suit me perfectly. Highly recommend!

I had a one month training plan with Nigel back in September and it has definitely changed my approach to working out for the better. I was over doing it and I wasn’t seeing any changes or progress. What Nigel suggested for me was to go back to the basics and get to learn better posture and to get to know my body a bit more to understand how to perform certain basic moves. We also talked about nutrition, hydration and sleep, which are also key to seeing progress and improving overall health and he shared very helpful tips and learnings.
I have kept the workout structure Nigel made for me and since mid September I have lost now around 5kg and 3% body fat and I’ve also gained a lot of knowledge about posture and efficiency at the gym. I now workout 3 times at the gym vs the 5/6 sessions a week I was doing before and I feel much stronger and healthier and I’m seeing faster progress. Nigel is super passionate about what he does and what he teaches are changes that you can keep up on the longer term and improve your lifestyle as well as your health and body.

I’ve spoken to Nigel a few times before while training in the gym. Last few months I’ve had major issues with my lower back and Nigel offered me a session with him to go through what could help my issues with lower back for long term rather than short term fix.
He was extremely professional and his communication skills and knowledge was excellent

Nigel is super professional and really knows his stuff. He gave me some great insights tailored to my own specific training program. Today he helped me work on my form on compound exercises like Deadlifts, Squats and Bench Press. For example, how to activate the core, which makes a huge difference! Now I'm much more assured in my technique which not only improves my training results, but also reduces risk of injury by maintaining perfect form during my workouts. Whatever your own unique goals are, or whatever level you're at, Nigel will help take you to the next level.
