I have been training with Andor for about three months now and would absolutely recommend him to anyone looking to improve their strength, mobility and fitness, but also looking to learn new skills and techniques in the gym. So many trainers are just counting reps while their clients do the same old exercises. Not with Andor - every session is progressing to something new, learning more skills and learning about the process. A fantastic trainer.

Great experience training with Andor. He really knows his stuff in a way that I’m pretty sure many PT’s out there do not. I started training with him having been using the gym for 15 years or more where my routine had become really stale. He helps to understand areas where you need to develop, work on bad habits you’ve picked up and teach brand new stuff (at least to me). I particularly enjoyed his focus with gymnastics. Andor is very dedicated to his profession. He’s excellent at working with his clients on setting goals and achieving them. Andor takes time to work with his clients carefully and quickly learns what is best for them and pushes you just hard enough to get great results in a short time.

I have been training with Andor for the past 7 months and have seen huge improvements given the time I have. Andor is professional, knowledgeable and focused with a friendly manner and has really motivated me to spend more time working out properly. He understood my goals and provided me with clear workout plan tailored to me which is revised as I progress. His attention to good technique, functional fitness and progression while working out safely has made a huge difference to my overall stability, strength, flexibility and stamina.
Real-world evidence for me was on the most recent snowboarding trip where after a full week I had no pain or muscle fatigue whatsoever; a stark contrast to every trip I've done for the previous 15 years!

The most important thing for me is to have a PT who is genuinely passionate about how the body works to get the best results for you personally.
He is always 100% fully present in the session and constantly corrects and reminds you on the correct position / technique.
He always finds the perfect balance of pushing you just outside your comfort zone whilst keeping the session feeling achievable - you can see tangible improvements each week.

I have used the personal training services of Physicalosophy / “Andre” (AKA Andor) for several years now
During that time my motivations and ambitions have varied considerably from wanting to achieve a PB on the bench press of 125KG (tick),
to in more recent years of maintaining upper body (tick) and improving core strength (tick) to compliment my passion for cycling where the power to weight ratio is so very important, even for a keen amateur like myself
Andre has always listened carefully to my desires and has tailored varied and interesting programs accordingly,
more recently one that improves strength and mobility whilst maintaining the upper body but without gaining any additional weight that is so counter productive to cycling up mountains in the Alps!
This has also included a successful period of specific rehabilitation work after a track cycling crash and subsequent shoulder tendon injury
I recently even mastered the challenging ’skin the cat’ manoeuvre on the rings as part of a more gymnastic approach to my training regime
This has always been coupled with some interesting, intelligent discussion and debate between sets, whether it be about training itself or about our shared passion for the moving image, whether that be a Hungarian arthouse movie I’ve never seen, the latest Oscar nominated film releases or a new documentary discovered on Netflix
Of course I still have a long way to go to achieve an Adonis physique to rival anything close Andre himself but in the interim the workouts are a first class experience
