I’ve been training with Poppy for a couple of years now and she’s really helped me change my mindset about exercise and what I can achieve. She’s a wonderful coach; very knowledgeable, really supportive and makes a real effort to get to know you to understand your needs and goals. As well as being a great motivator, she’s also lots of fun to be around so will make sure you laugh and enjoy sessions as well as see results - highly recommend!

Poppy's classes and PT sessions have really given me both the knowledge and the confidence boost I needed to start using the gym. It's clear that she's very well informed, and can always answer my questions and provide solutions for any issues I'm having. I'd highly recommend Poppy as a personal trainer. I go to Poppy once a week, as well as doing my own training, but it's been a great way to keep on track and set small goals.
