If you are willing to put the work in and have the right mindset Barry can change your life! Barry is a superb trainer. His workouts are varied and well thought out and always focused. He is also very adaptable and varies his group classes for differing levels of fitness. He always offers alternate excercises for those unable to perform.

Barry is a terrific trainer. I have worked with a number of trainers and can honestly say that he is the best I have ever worked with. His knowledge is extensive and he develops a fully customised approach for the client, listening carefully to your concerns and goals. Barry is a phenomenal personal trainer. I've made a big progress fairly effortlessly in a short amount of time. The whole process has been very enjoyable and rewarding. I had been working out for about 2 years solid up until consulting with Barry. I felt that I had hit a plateau with my physique and I really wanted to get in shape for when the brighter weather came around. I honestly feel like I have achieved more in the last two months under Barry's guidance than I have in the last year by myself. I will warn you though that this no bed of roses and no pleasure cruise you will have to make changes to get the results. Barry is a highly-experienced trainer who gives a thorough, balanced session. His particular strength is how meticulous he is with form correction. If you've been strength training for some time, as I have, then he will quickly highlight areas in which your form slips/has been slipping and allow you to get a better workout as a result. I knew Barry pre his PT days and even then he’d stop and help me with my form when we’d pass in the gym.
So when I needed a PT to take my training to the next level he was naturally my first choice.
I’ve been training with him for 3 months now and it’s this simple. Barry has two ears and one mouth. He listens, prepares, executes his plan and that delivers the results. The hard part is I have to turn up to reap the rewards.

He broke everything down for me about the training and diet very simplistically, as with the barage of infomation on the internet and social media it can be very hard to know what to believe in order to get results. Buffet to buff! If you want to fork out £££ for a shouty drill sergeant with little investment in your progress and a slew of new age gym techniques that don’t actually work then Barry isn’t for you. Barry is a very encouraging and conscientious trainer who not only puts you at total ease through the sessions but guides you safely through workouts that get you results!
He is extremely approachable and is flexible working around all the stresses and strains that real life throws at you.
Most importantly he helped me get my confidence back in the gym! His sessions are fun, varied and challenging with an emphasis of doing exercises correctly and with good form.
