I originally started working with Glenn to avoid getting injured when I played sport. It has, however, developed into a passion with fantastic results. I love learning about how it all connects - gym technique, diet and the body. I now go at least 3 times a week and look forward to every session.

I was looking for a PT to help me get fitter and stronger for Brazilian Jiu Jitsu. I was unmotivated and putting on weight. Glenn has been amazing; he has increased my whole-body strength and power. I am now feeling much fitter and stronger and winning a lot more rounds!
There was a lot of extra guidance outside of the sessions, he's really helped educate me on correct foods to eat for training and provided loads of workouts to do on my own at home to help me outside of the sessions. It has been a transformational process, highly recommended if you are serious about training and getting into shape and learning how to eat properly.

I wanted to get fitter for football because I was quite skinny and wanting to put on muscle and get quicker. I was recommended Glenn and he has been absolutely brilliant. The training was excellent, we tested my speed, agility and power then trained in 4 week blocks to get better in all areas. Since then, I have become much better in football and because I’m a winger I’ve been able to pass the defender with strength and speed. I managed to get stronger and I’ve seen change in my body which has made me mentally and physically happy. My body fat has gone down to 10% now, and I’m now chuffed with the results. If you want to get better at sport, then I strongly suggest to train with Glenn. A brilliant and encouraging person as well who really cares about you and your journey. Train with Glenn!

I'm training for a boxing match..... Glenn used Specific exercises for punching, footwork and boxing specific fitness.....
After a few sessions I've got more powerful and my fitness lasts through tough sparring, I'm also losing fat and retaining muscle which is incredible.....highly recommend

Glen was fab! Super approachable, knowledgable and cautious about safety (I pinched a nerve last year, so I need to be vigilant). We did lots of Olympic Lifting exercises (squats, etc) amongst others, which for me was great as it helped me develop functional strength. So pleased I went as I’m feeling stronger and more confident with the summer fast approaching. If you need an understanding coach who pushes you in each sesh, Glen’s your guy! Thanks, Glen!

I have been training with Glen for a while now and really seen results. This is both as a trainer in group sessions and personal training.
Glen gives good feedback during training on posture and technique, which has helped me train more effectively. He's also helped increase my mobility with some really good targeted stretches.
I highly recommend - not only are the training sessions fun, I'm really happy with the increased fitness I now have.

I have been working with Glenn for over 2 years and he has kept me motivated and encouraged me to exercise even when I’m not feeling it. He’s also great at tailoring things to adapt to any injuries and address underlying problems. He understands that some people don’t respond to army style PT and adopts a more supportive approach that still pushes you that bit further. I would recommend Glenn to anyone, regardless of fitness level or experience. His sessions are as challenging as they are rewarding, so you'll be a wreck but you'll be a fit wreck and that's all that counts. It helps that he's a nice guy too so you don't see the pain coming until it's too late. I've also never felt like I'm missing out on a decent workout because of my bad knees which is a testament to his expertise.

I don’t really know what I expected from PT, but I guess I was at a point in my life where I’ve failed at so many other weight loss options that I thought it was time to put myself in the hands of a proper professional.
Not to sound dramatic, but it’s pretty much one of the best decisions I’ve ever made!
After moving to London and gaining a bit more than the standard ‘Heathrow Injection’ I started working out with Glenn and the results are almost unbelievable. Not only have I fallen into a routine of working out a minimum of 3 times a week, but it somehow feels as if it’s the most normal thing ever.
My PT experience doesn’t start and stop in the gym; Glenn has taught me how I should fuel my body to lose weight and get stronger without feeling like I’m on some restrictive diet.
I used to think of weight loss and training as a journey, but have realised that it is much more than a sweaty, burning and committed run from low confidence to weight loss. It’s an attitude. A mindset. A change in how you chose to live your life. It’s changed me. And if you have to ask, yes I’ve lost weight. I’m 2-3 dress sizes smaller and 21 kilos lighter. But who’s counting aye ;)
