Ray Chan is a fantastic personal trainer and I would recommend him to anyone. I came to him after the lockdown lifted as my fitness was at an all time low, and over the months he has helped me built it back up to before lockdown. Ray is very supportive and kind, but also willing to push you during a workout. As a beginner I felt reassured and confident in his sessions, and I am sure that more experienced people would also benefit from training with Ray.

Being trained by Ray is really an amazing journey. He not only designs training programme for me, but also ask for my feedback from time to time. Making sure I am ready to challenge myself to the next level.

I managed myself to reduced to £70kg and Ray has helped me to push forwards to now £65kg with more muscle mass rate definition. My Body fat rate now is ideal at 13%. The thing about PT is that sometimes it can feel transactional but what I love about working with Ray is that he is the kind of guy that will go above and beyond for you and want to be your friend to support you even after you've completed your training together and that is priceless. Im not just paying for training , i am paying for eternal friednship. And thats priceless. Even though I get a sense he enjoys torturing his clients but i get it's his expression of love of wanting your to grow. And he gives you a strong sense of self belief knowing you can change. Recently completed the two weeks challenge by Ray and at first I think it’s not enough time to see some changes...I was wrong! Maybe because the nutritional side of the challenge mostly changed me. I’m vegetarian and to not eat the usual healthy carbs (beans and pulses to name a few) meaning, I was hungry all the time. With motivation and encouragement of the community involved in this challenge, I successfully completed it and have lost unwanted belly fats! The exercise training was also great (you’ll sweat like a pig!). Ray keeps you motivated and a good communicator. I highly recommend his expertise!
