Rachel is great at what she does. She easily built rapport with me, and built my confidence. Her knowledge of both practical and theoretical fitness and strengthening techniques meant that I had complete trust in her approach to training me and getting me back to being strong after having my 3rd baby and 3rd c-section. I would definitely recommend Rachel to others looking to improve fitness and kick start their journey to post-natal strength.

Rachel has been an amazing PT for me and I would recommend her to anyone particularly those wanting to return to exercise post baby. Her knowledge is so vast and she really helped me rebuild my core and re-engage with my breathing and posture. I was amazed by the core focused session that I had with Rachel as part of my training - her technical knowledge on breathing to help rebuild my core was inspiring and this knowledge and practices that she taught me i will have for life! Rachel is very easy to work with and tailors all the sessions to your needs and listens which is a great trait for a PT in my opinion.

Rachel is fantastic! She is a brilliant personal trainer who really knows her onions. She is very professional and aware of all her clients’ needs, she always has modifications for people who need then. She makes you work, which I love, but she makes it very accessible, which I also rate.
I think for me, what I really love about Rachel is her absolute commitment to improving women’s physical (and thereby mental!) health via exercise. She wants Mamas to be healthy and happy - pain and problem free - and that for me makes her very special indeed.

I enlisted Rachel’s help after the birth of my second baby. I felt like I needed support and guidance to get back into exercise and build my fitness up again in the right way. Rachel’s method is so thorough, she striped everything back to basics, and took the time to really get to know the way my body works. Her incredible knowledge of the post natal recovery process meant that all exercises were completely tailored to my needs and I could build strength in a safe way. Rachel takes everything at your pace and I have been so impressed with the variety of exercises which keeps things interesting. I definitely feel with Rachel’s support I’m on the right track to get back to my pre baby level of fitness.

Rachel’s sessions are fantastic! The perfect balance between getting your heart rate going and strength training. She had adapted exercises to suit all stages of pregnancy even in the third trimester. I would highly recommend.

Rachel is a brilliant trainer, she is incredibly knowledgeable about post and pre natal bodies. Her sessions are fun and different every time, but she is able to tailor the class to the student when you turn up with various pre/post natal aches. Rachel has really helped me with breathing techniques which focus on retraining and restoring my core strength and stability following the birth of my second child. There is so little information out there for post partum mums returning to exercise, so it’s been great to work with someone who has been through it all herself and developed a training method specifically tailored for mums.

What’s so good about Rachel’s prenatal training is that it’s not just an hours sweaty work out but an education in the fundamentals of prenatal physiology and the stuff that really matters. Would highly recommend and will definitely be working with her postnatally!
