Ridge is extremely competent and able to always make you feel at ease. He helped me to lose weight and to get in a better shape in terms of flexibility and strength and I never got bored once. He will able to motivate you if you are beginner and to challenge you if you’re already experienced. And above all he’s the most empathetic professional I met in his field. I still follow his training and nutritional programs and I highly recommend him if you’re looking for a personal trainer.

I’ve been training with Ridge since the beginning of the summer, he’s great! Keeps exercises interesting, keeps you motivated, incredibly professional and fun to train with. Ridge is the best PT anyone could ask for. He's incredibly knowledgeable - even about weird niche things. He pushes you hard in sessions but knows when you're not feeling it and will amend the session on the spot to suit you. Okay, so I started from 110kg from July 2018 and by September 2019 I was 72.5kg. I haven't been that weight since I was a child so seeing such a big result was such a huge boost for my self confidence! Not only did I fit into smaller clothes that I had not been able to for years but I started feeling happier and my health vastly improved. Ridge is a very positive, helpful personal trainer who has a very approachable demeanour. His insight into nutrition, a wide range of exercises and personal health has allowed me to not only lose weight while training with him but also gave me the tools needed to work out by myself. I met Ridge post pregnancy and during lockdown…. Honestly the level of support not only physically but mentally that he gave me was unquestionable. He really helped me to build my core muscles again and was always ready to provide tips and to continue pushing me. It wasn’t an easy period at all but I do believe if it went for Ridge it would have been really worse!

If you’re thinking of taking up fitness/exercise and looking for a personal trainer, I can highly recommend him as a PT.
He is encouraging, flexible, motivational, and his programmes & workouts are tailored towards individual clients’ needs.
He introduces new exercises & workouts to keep things interesting and mix it up - for me that meant a great mix of cardio and strength training, along with recovery exercises & stretches, which I learned were absolutely essential.
He also gave me excellent advice on diet, food, sleep, recovery etc. which was particularly useful during lockdown.
